Clean, comfortable accommodation with facilities far exceeding the average caravan on a holiday camp. We only stayed for 2 nights, but would happily book for a week or more if we were staying on the island.

Location. Very out of the way if you do not drive or are unfamiliar with the area.

Nothing, POSSIBLY THE WORST CARAVAN I HAVE BEEN TO!! was smelling weed. worst place i have booked . The bed was not clean, can see mould everywhere, you can't sit on the sofa, pillow was filthy dirt, kettle was stinking, toaster was not cleaned for ages!! Booked for 3 nights, but couldn't stand for couple of minutes. Had to book another hotel in the nearby town to enjoy my holidays. Did not and could not use the place . it was awful!! This is not managed/ even cleaned by Warden Spring Holiday Park. Managed directly by the owner. Called up the owner to explain the state of caravan. but he was rude, stating this is a 1998 caravan, can't expect more and asking us to go out even though it was fully paid, and he was swearing and the owner was ready for a fight. Managed to get 50% through booking .com fee but planning to pursue to get full amount.

I couldn't rate this less than 1. else my rating would have been (negative ) -10 . Unless you want to ruin your holiday, I wouldn't recommend this place.

It had everything What’s needed and lots of extra such as games, videos etc. the hosts very friendly and responsive, easy to get in touch with. It was overall clean and tidy except the furniture in the dinning/living room.

The soft furniture in the living room was dirty, stained and smelly, needs to be changed. The kitchen taps very hard to open and close. We found beds in a twin room and living room uncomfortable, not enough pillows, only two pillows for both rooms and quite flat/small.

The bathroom floor had a hole in it and a rug put on top and it had been boarded up from out side and taken back down and left under the caravan

The caravan was nt as expected, the floor was uneven with holes in, where you could see through. Also the items in the caravan all needed to be washed before use.

Easy to get too good location my son loved the trampoline and communication was excellent any problems they were happy to help us great caravan will book again soon
