Relatively Affordable. Clean. Airconditioning, transport availability, staff were helpful.

The staff were nice and if you needed laundry done they would wash it for you and fold it. Only good thing. Thank you to the kind staff everything else. 1/10

The mattresses felt like bricks lol the only thing that was probably close to being comfortable was the couch 😭. Very uncomfortable they don’t change your sheets either which was pretty poor. But if you need a place to lay your head at night while you wait for your flight this is the place very cheap for that.

Il y a un petit centre commercial à 3 min à pied de l'hôtel. Très pratique pour le petit-déjeuner ou les repas. Personnel très accueillant et très agréable. Mais leur bonne volonté ne peut pas régler tous les problèmes de l'hôtel. Assez proche de l'aéroport: j'ai payé 20$ ma course, en sachant que le conducteur avait un peu gonflé le prix de la course.

Les fenêtres de la chambre donnaient sur le coin où tout le linge de l'hôtel était étendu. Donc bcp de passage devant ma chambre (107). Le matelas était dur comme du béton. Le wifi ne marchait pas du tout dans la chambre, j'étais obligée d'aller dans le lobby pour en avoir. Dans la chambre, rien pour faire bouillir de l'eau pour un thé; et ni verre ni tasse. Je suis restée 4 nuits, le ménage de la chambre n'a été fait qu'à mon arrivée.

Spacious rooms, really nice staff, good location only 10min from the airport- just what we needed for two nights.

The rooms weren't very clean, could definetly do with a deep clean. Kitchen was spacious but had barely any equipment to cook and barely any dishes.

Location was close to restaurants and shops. Parking was great and plentiful. Someone was available to help up with our luggage up the stairs to the 4th floor - no lifts in the building.

A/C in the living room was not working. A/C units in the rooms did not cool the rooms - operated as fans. Rice Cooker still had grains of rice on the lid. Interior was quite old and could see patch up work on the walls that was not painted over. The pictures had a television but no television was in the room. Stairway unsafe. Receptionist was abrupt and frankly did not portray good customer service and the Bula spirit. On check in information provided stated $10/hour for late checkout, however upon enquiry, staff quoted $20/hour.

There was good wifi in the room, which was actually a two bedroom apartment. There was also a kitchenette.

The two single beds had the hardest “mattresses” I have ever encountered. You would have been just as comfortable sleeping on the tiled floor - seriously! We took cushions off the lounge to make a usable mattress. (The double bed was ok) Also the TV didn’t work, and the guy who came up to fix it couldn’t seem to work out what the problem was. So we had no TV for our two nights. The apartments are only a couple of hundred metres to the side of end of an airport runway, so there was some aircraft noise - though not as bad as living near Sydney airport.

Nothing I can tell which I like.

Only the location was ok

This is the WORST hotel deceiving with fake or years old photos on booking.com. We booked based on photos and what we found was the WORST. The bathroom was extremely dirty and smelly. The kitchen had utensils which are years and years old. The sliding door had no option to lock while we were at 3rd floor and we booked with kids. No lift. Walls had paint patches. Extremely hard bed without removing the plastic cover. When we requested for providing an alternate room the reception staff guy was not friendly at all. We just moved to another hotel after our last stay with a similar price and it's a million times better.

Friendly Staff

Staff were exceptional, generously made us a cup of tea when we arrived as our room did not have facilities. This was a basic, very good value for money overnight stay before flying out from Fiji. Quick run to airport and again, staff had our early morning taxi pick up sorted in no time.

We went there at 5:05 pm and the staff who was at the reception was very unfriendly ( very opposite to Fiji hosts). He was rude when I asked him to not charge the credit card ( to avoid surcharge) and rathe paid him cash. Later when we went back to ask about the missing facilities in the apartment, he had music on high volume and refused to turn it down despite me asking him as i could not hear him. Such an unfriendly and rude staff. The apartment had no microwave ( even they say full kitchen) Very ran down utensils Very uncomfortable bed. We could feel the spring of the old mattress. No TV!!! They claim it as a full apartment with NO TV No washing machine ( the picture on booking.com showed washing machine). When we said we were unhappy the manager offered to get our cloths done in their laundry which was the only option! The door to the balcony has no lock. I was told by staff that "non of the apartments in their building had lock in the balcony door as they have just taken over this building a month ago" and I found it hard to believe. So ended up spending a sleepless night. Overall the apartment was unclean. we found a toothpick on the lounge! WONT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANYONE

We did not like anything about this stay. Spent a horrible night

Nothing. This place is dirty and uncomfortable- you’re better off sleeping on the floor. There are no mattresses on top of the bed ensembles, they are rock hard.

The couches have some disgusting stains that look like bodily secretions. It’s loud- a band that was playing close by didn’t finish up until until 7am and you could hear it very clearly. Everyone that walked past your room you could also hear.

Warm water. Place was spacious.

Bathroom stunk, showers looked dirty. Bedding was super super hard (beyond belief) with a wet stain on the leather. Couch was covered in many suspicious stains. No washing up liquid provided (despite a sign saying you lose your bond if you don't wash your dishes).
