Cleanliness - very clean and lovely place Equipped with all utensils towels linen and what you need for your family we loved it Never cooked with stovetop oven but we learnt it was a great oven fast and reliable Great location quiet and off road parking was awesome Such a lovely stay close to the sea and homely Location is in Marengo not far from Apollo Bay 💯🥰

Just the middle hall way that when you step it feels hollow but it just bounces back like a trampoline 😊 Just WIFI somehow on IPhones it connects faster on the internet where as Samsung takes its time 😊 Nothing to not like GREAT PLACE to stay

The house had everything we needed for our short stay.

The location is not actually beach front so the name is a little misleading. It is walking distance to the beach but not beach front.

Easy and accessible to everything around the place. I liked that it was easy to check in and check out. Alan was very nice to extend our check out time as we waited for few more minutes for the cleaners to clean the house

Kitchen and cleaning amenities were lacking; there were not enough kitchen towels or cleaning materials provided, such as multipurpose wipes, a can opener, and microfiber towels.

The stay was OK, The house was walking distance to a beach, Facilities good. There was a bucket of toys for children and a bonus (: fishing gear ! Beach towels, and a decent sized fridge. The Host was very helpful once contacted, ( as we did not no how to use induction cook top ):

The fact that we booked for Apollo Bay and the residence was located a few Km's away in another suburb which we did not find out about till the next day. We had to take alternative accommodation at an extra cost for the first night, we believe we should be REFUNDED for the first night by bookings.com. All our communication said Apollo Bay, NOT Marengo. We had tried to call booking.com at entry to address given, to be told they have no Knowledge of our booking, (Due, I would guess, to the incorrect details given to us by BOOKINGS.COM) Yes we were given Verification of our Apollo Bay booking, although NO follow up email arrived until the next morning, after our attempt to enter an incorrect address & we called bookings.com, to send the attachment containing the information on how to enter the property. That was when we found out we were booked into another suburb.

Cozy little place with a good size yard for the kids to play in and not far from the beach.
