This is by far the worst stay I ever had. It was very dirty and disgusting everywhere. The towels smelled like dead animals. So I can not recommend this place to anyone

The owner of the hotel charged me more money when I went to do the check in. I was paying online and she asked me for more money when I got to the hotel

Very easy link into London. Very quite location with shops and restaurants 5 minutes walk in Edgware.

Host was very friendly but it didn’t even have a sign on it to say it was a B and B and it felt a bit dirty. My wife was not impressed.

Very basic room. There was no soap in the room or tea/coffee making facilities but there was access to the kitchen. They also seem to be doing renovations as there was lots of drilling etc fairly early in the morning. But saying that i would use them again as the location is good for access to wembley.

This property was just okay. If you aren't going to be spending much time there it doesn't really matter. I had reserved a room with a private bathroom specifically for the bathtub. The bathtub in my room had no stopper and therefore I couldn't even take a bath, only showers which I could've done in the communal bathroom. There was no indication of soap for the bathroom, but I found it hidden under the sink in a giant jug without a pump. The cleaning staff was super creepy and one woman would often talk and laugh to herself, thankfully I wasn't staying at the property for the entire day. I came back late and a man was dancing with a piece of chicken, playing music in the kitchen, he was house staff. The best thing about this property was that they offered the food from the fridge and bread if we wanted. It's nothing to brag about, I most likely would not come here again.

Break fast was declined and was told could be offered at an extra charge of £12/person though it was included in the price. It was a facility with common toilet - no en-suite. But it was cleverly not mentioned anywhere in the ad.

The details on the site misleading. Booked with breakfast included only to be told you have to pay extra £10 each for breakfast. Croissant and tea brought to room. Not good. Booked believing the room was with bathroom only to be told, we did not and it was a room without bathroom. Pay more if you want ensuite. Very wrong and the options on the site looked easy enough but reality we were disappointed with the problems encountered. Seemed to be pulling for more money. The place is very dated and could do with refurbishing. Room given was small and dreary. A and M

People live there and they hung around in the halls and the kitchen. Breakfast was help yourself to day old bread and mouldy butter. No coffee left. Crusty sugar. Dirty mugs. Tiny room with narrow bed. The owner didn't know who we were or what we'd booked. It was grim, I wouldn't recommend it.

Lovely place to stay, had to ask how to get in and lock my room. The lady whom greeted was very helpful and polite.
