The staff were very attentive (Particularly the young the man at the main desk).

It was a touch far from the main attractions but that is something we should have checked ahead of time and are so cheap!

The hotel is very nice and the value for money is good, the room nice and spacious, breakfast very good with the possibility of having it from a small terrace with a beautiful view

The hotel is a may out of the way and there are not many places to eat or drink in the surroundings. The swimming pool is nice but being almost indoors with the shade and the air conditioning the water stays cold so it's difficult to make use of it despite the temperatures being very high outside

Das Wesentliche war da: Balkon, TV, Kühlschrank, vernünftige Klima. Swimmingpool ist zwar nicht auf dem Dach, aber trotzdem gut (als Höhle). Restaurant auf dem Dach: einfach Augenschmaus! Frühstück: wohl das Beste (von 6 Hotels in Vietnam)

Zimmer recht klein. Bad mit Glaswänden und Schiebetür (da hört man jeden Furz).

The charm or this place made us decide to stay here on our return to Saigon for our trip back home. Such a lovely bunch of people.

Such an breathtaking apartment! Exactly like the pictures everything was just beautiful, the views were amazing, the staff were amazing. Clean sheets, clean apartment! Everything exceeded our expectations.

1) Toilet: the door are translucent glass door (that's fine) but the gap between the glass door and the wall at the sides are big.

KunKin was a very stylish hotel with a lovely aesthetic. The pool in reception was very unique, and the room quality was good. Breakfast was excellent and the views from the rooftop are also nice. Location is a little further out, meaning we did need to get Grab to most city activities, but they were very cheap and easy, so no real negative here.

No major complaints - I think the room photos are fairly generous to the size of the room, but they're perfectly usable. Laundry service is also relatively expensive, but good and quick.

Tolles Personal - sehr moderne und schöne Zimmer. Der Lobby-Pool ist sehr schön und eine gute Idee! Frühstück war in Ordnung.

Lage des Hotels ist schon abgelegen. Mit Grab aber alles super zu erreichen.

Mosquitos in the executive suite , but as the bathroom is outside it’s hard to avoid them coming in , but the staff sprayed the room. Beds are a bit hard so if you’re used to a plush/ soft bed you might need to request a few pillow-tops :)

Die Lage ist gut. Taxis sind schnell zu bekommen und außerhalb der Stoßzeiten ist man schnell in District 1.

Für eine Familie mit 4 Personen für eine Woche zu überlegen. Die Zimmer sind nicht wirklich getrennt und im Bad gibt es kein Waschbecken. Dies ist im Zimmer.

Le confort de la chambre. Une literie pas trop mal au regard de beaucoup d'autres hôtels au Vietnam. Petit dejeuner assez copieux et varié. La gentillesse du personnel.

L'exiguité de la terrasse donnant sur une petite ruelle. La piscine un peu froide.

The property was so clean and we were so happy with the size along the room and the amenities. The breakfast was also delicious and we got more than we expected. The location is ideal because it is close to D1 and D2 but the property is not as expensive as those two aforementioned districts.

It was a little difficult to locate but luckily the grab drivers and staff were helpful.

Pool

Be careful that photos you see are a suggestion and not the actual room you may be given. There was confusion about the room we booked versus the room we were given. The hotel staff did not budge at all so we had to escalate our issue and finally get the overcharge refunded from Booking. The hotel staff could have been nicer and more accommodating about a small issue rather than fully denying us when it was black and white that we were correct. I would not recommend to stay here again.

Nhân viên và quản lý không tôn trọng khách hàng. Khi đang hướng dẫn tôi nhận phòng, lễ tân ngắt ngang để nhắc đồng nghiệp quản lý đang xem Cam bằng ipad. Giường xộc xệch do lớp cao su và lớp lót không vừa nhau, nằm rất đau lưng. Cả 2 Áo bathdrop ngắn tới đầu gối và vải bị sơ. Khăn tắm cũ và ố màu. Nhân viên roomservice tự ý đi vào phòng khách đưa bill. Nguyên tắc khi khách mở cửa luôn phải đứng ngoài. KS ghi là SPA nhưng SPA chưa xây xong, tiếp tân hướng khách ra spa bên ngoài. Để đến sân thượng thì đi qua bếp. Bếp che chắn ít, không có cửa, thấy rõ đồ sống đang sơ chế, đối diện cửa bếp là 1 khu vực đang sửa chữa. Không đảm bảo vệ sinh. Phòng gym nồng mùi mồ hôi và hầm. Tôi không thể sử dụng được. Tôi có báo lễ tân lúc check in là sẽ check out 23h khuya cùng ngày do bị dời chuyến bay và hỏi ks có thể chuẩn bị đồ ăn sáng ko. Lễ tân trả lời sẽ chuẩn bị bánh sandwich và báo bếp. Khi tôi lên sân thượng để dùng bữa cũng có nhắc nhân viên và báo số phòng. Nhân viên xác nhận số phòng của tôi và báo 21h sẽ mang xuống lễ tân cho tôi. Tuy nhiên khi check out tôi không nhận được đồ ăn sáng. Lễ tân gọi Quản lý không biết thông tin này, còn nói tôi nhầm 11h sáng, đổ thừa lễ tân không bàn giao. So với tầm giá này thì dịch vụ và cơ sở vật chất kém xa các service apartment khác. Tôi sẽ không quay lại đây.

Gebuchtes Zimmer nicht bekommen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht, allerdings nur ein innenliegendes Zimmer bekommen. Das Zimmer war leider voller Mücken und durch den Pool-Bereich (eigentlich wirklich schön) spazierte eine Ratte. Wir haben direkt wieder ausgecheckt und mit dem White Lotus eine wirklich zauberhafte Unterkunft gefunden.

Great location for experiencing authentic local Saigon culture food and traffic, then a short Grab ride into the heart of the city. Fantastic views of the city from the top floor breakfast room..

Das einzig Gute an unserem Zimmer und dem Aufenthalt im Hotel war der Ausblick auf einen Teil der Stadt.

Auf das Frühstück, das wir mit gebucht hatten, haben wir aufgrund der Qualität und der Frühstückszeit (nur bis 9:30) nach zwei Tagen verzichtet. Fenster waren kaum gedämmt, sodass wir jeden Morgen gegen 6:30 von Verkehrslärm und dem Lärm zweier Hausbaustellen geweckt wurden - alternativ von der hausinternen Wasserpumpe oder Möbelrücken und herunterfallendem Geschirr im Restaurant über uns. Wir hatten gebucht: Zimmer an ruhiger Straße und mit schallisolierten Wänden. Die Realität sah anders aus. Die Mitarbeiter in allen anderen von uns in Vietnam gebuchten Hotels haben wir freundlicher und aufmerksamer erlebt.

When we complained about a kind of generator noise in our room, we were allowed to move to another room to have more silence.

Pictures and advertisement on booking.com does not match with the reality. What they call pool is just a little pond in the lobby!! Price is way too high for value. The breakfast was ok but not special at all, especially not many fruits were served. The location is a bit outside of everything but easily reachable with grab taxi. Many local restaurants and street food options. If you are looking for more standard restaurants you need to walk very far. Staff was some days impolite and the room facilities were not very comfortable.

The best thing about this hotel was the very unlikely/quirky pool designed as a cave + the view from the rooftop bar/restaurant whose tuna sandwiches were excellent and whose only wine by the glass was a curious Russian fizz. Next door is a very friendly little shop and just one street away is a very helpful pharmacy (who with a few Vietnamese words that I'd written down provided a brilliant, mysterious remedy for my wife's weird throat: the result of the heat, humidity and fumes outside alternating with the extreme air conditioning inside), a venerable little store run by a small feisty lady selling brilliant fresh fruits + a modest pavement stand serving great coffee (I had 2) that one imbibes sitting on a miniscule plastic stool while observing the adjacent flyover.

Some of the staff were super helpful and others not. On our first of 2 stays we insisted on changing rooms cos the first smelt persistently of cabbage. It´s also so far from the centre that if you sign up for any tours (a good idea given the size of the place and the traffic density - ie. not in any case really a place to walk) nobody will come and fetch you, so ultimately you have to cab it everywhere - which perhaps also explains why it's such good value...

Very spacious and clean room, value for money. Love the facilities eg gym and pool, was not crowded so able to utilise the facilities. Generally friendly staff, convenient location by the road, easy to get grab, very near to most spots I went, just 10mins grab ride. Would recommend 👍

Didn't know that they charge bottled water till check out. First hotel I went to that doesn't provide complementary water.

Logement spacieux et au calme. Quartier à proximité des petits restaurants et des stands street food. Lieu sécurisé dans une petite ruelle inanimée. Le personnel est professionnel et serviable.

Logement un peu isolé par rapport au centre ville. Les balcons sont inconfortables. Rue difficile à trouver pour les taxis. L'hôtel avait validé à l'avance un check-in du logement à 8:00am mais cette condition n'a pas été respecté à mon arrivée. Une solution intermédiaire a été trouvée merci, mais encore des heures d'attente dans un hall d'hôtel après 12h de vol.

Personal bei Housekeeping und im Restaurant freundlich.

Die Receptionistin Trang Nguyen war sehr unfreundlich. Hatte kein Verständnis, dass eine Person im Rollstuhl mehr Zeit brauchte um den Pass fürs Check in abzugeben. Einen Tag vor dem Auschecken haben wir uns wegen der Unfreundlichkeit bei einer Mitarbeiterin beschwert. Bis zum Auschecken gab es keine Entschuldigung. Des Weiteren hat die Beschreibung des Zimmers nicht mit dem Zimmer selbst übereingestummen. In der Beschreibung steht 1 Wohnzimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer. Effektiv waren es nur 2 Schlafzimmer wovon nur eines abschliessbar war. Im Badezimmer gab es kein Lavabo. Nur im 2. Schlafzimmer kombiniert mit der "Küche" gab es eines. Der Balkon war quasi inexistent da extrem klein (1 Person konnte darauf stehen).

Очень необычный отель, недалеко от центра города

Взяли улучшенный люкс, на втором этаже была кровать, она оказалась очень жесткой, первую ночь мужу пришлось ночевать на диване на первом этаже. Правда на следующий день я попросила матрац и стало заметно мягче. Второй этаж вообще не продуман для европейцев: высота потолка низкая, чтобы подойти к гардеробной части и сейфу надо пригнуться, ограждение тоже очень низкое, лестница крутая - Ночью прям большая опасность слететь с неё. В общем: второй этаж немного разочаровал. Из плюсов: отличный большой холодильник, просторный первый этаж, чистота. Рецепшн тоже отличный, бассейн в гроте - это прям любовь, правда холодноватый
