The Ac was not working and when asked about it, the staff said we know about this and nothing can be done. The staff was very rude.
A Dharamsala gives better experience and worth for money

Location
Despite booking a room for 3 people, we were charged extra (RS 300)for a mattress on the floor. There was no power backup in the hotel - we had to endure the hot and humid Kolkata weather due to powercut at night, even fans were non functional as the facility doesn't have a generator.
Bathroom did not have toilet paper, when we asked, we were told they don't supply TP.
