The place has plenty of kitchen utensils, is very clean, offers lots of space, and is well decorated. The location is great, and I felt very comfortable during my stay. I would definitely come back again.

Initially clean & centrally located

Bathroom door didn’t close properly so you can’t lock it, late night occupant & dog upstairs were noisy on hard surface floors, coat/towel rack fell off the wall due to inadequate fixing. Final straw was the microwave electrical burned up, filling the apartment with acrid smoke & set off smoke detector. Staff responded & we aired out the apartment to stay the final night because everything else was booked. Reports to customer service met with platitudes but no resolution or reimbursement after 5 days. Definitely won’t be staying here again.

It was exactly as described, very clean well set up everything worked perfectly for us . The beds linens and pillows exceptionally comfortable too. The Jacuzzi Wow !We would highly recommend staying here .

Nice leather furniture, comfy beds, lots o pillows and great jacuzzi. Beautiful scented Lilac shrubs, very quiet area except for some teenager blasting his engine from time to time throughout the neighborhood.

The nightly noise coming from the unit above at ridiculous hours. I don't recall any indication this was a daylight basement unit. I felt very uneasy. Had to close all blinds and curtains, entry was through a musty unkempt corridor to main entry door, kinda creepy.
