Despite pouring rain, we had a great time. Eddy was very responsive and we loved how we were able to email or text him when we had a question and he responded right away. The only thing about this house that you need to know is that one of the bedrooms is in a casita not in the main building and two of the rooms are only accessible through the master bedroom. This created a big problem or us because we were three separate families and all the kids had to go through one of the couples’ master bedrooms to get to their room and they didn’t feel comfortable doing that so my kids ended up having to sleep on the couches and two other kids slept on the floor in their parents’ rooms. We basically ended up not using the room with the two queens at all and 4 of the kids ended up sleeping on the floor and couches. If we had known the arrangement, we may have chosen a different house for our group. Aside from this issue, everything was great. Also the view of the pool and golf course feels like Hawaii. Truly increíble.

Easy rental process. Instructions for arrival were super clear and Clay was available when needed. Did have some issues with the hot tub but were able to follow Clay’s directions to resolve. House set up is interesting as you must go through one master to access two other bedrooms. But since this was all family, it wasn’t an issue for us.

Clays property was perfect for my family. The backyard and pool was immaculate! There were tons of rooms and everyone had a great time! We will book again!

Property is as advertised with a great host

This is our second time renting the house for Coachella festival, last time it was pre-pandemic in 2019. The house is wonderful for large groups. It was 9 of us, and a local family member came by to visit for the day. The house is large enough to give everyone privacy, it's clean and has everything that you need to make meals for a large group. The pool was warm on the cool evenings and the grill was awesome. We'd definitely rent it again in the future! If you're going to the festival it's about a 15 minute drive and close to grocery stores and shops.

Clay was a wonderful host, responding immediately to our needs. The property was fantastic, our kids and grandkids really enjoyed their stay. Way better than villas at Marriott or Westin.

We were celebrating a special birthday for my husband at this home. Our 3 children and their families all joined us…8 adults and 4 children (8 & under)12 of us in total. This home was perfect- the living area was large enough for all to gather and then the sleeping areas were spread out enough for privacy. The pool was fun, the views of the golf course and mountains beyond were amazing. We loved every minute of being here!

Much anticipated reunion with family after long separation due to Covid. We couldn’t have picked a more fabulous place. Wonderful pool and spa. Close to multiple golf courses. Met all our needs. Clay, our host was very responsive and pleasant!! Would love to come back.

House is amazing and great for a big group! Easy seating for 12 and plenty of supplies for a large group. The backyard is stunning. The owner is responsive and helpful. One bedroom is separate with a private bath, ideal for the couple that needs more privacy. Note the bedroom with 2 twin beds is boxed between 2 rooms, which worked fine, but more of an FYI. NO issue with having guests over, just add to security. Plenty of parking in garage, driveway for all of us.

I spent Thanksgiving with my family in this beautiful home. Everything was great. Clay was very helpful and the house was in great order.

The property was breathtaking and exceeded our expectations. We had a group staying in the home for a volleyball tournament in the Palm Springs area. The property had all of the things we needed for a very enjoyable stay. Clay was extremely communicative and flexible with our needs. We would definitely stay here again. The location was very close to a lot of shops and restaurants. We ended up making a large BBQ feast and enjoying the hot tub/pool after our tournament games. We highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Clay!

What a wonderful, relaxing & beautiful home to share with your family. I looked forward each morning to waking up to the peaceful beauty of the view through the picture windows facing the cascading water of the pool & verdant green of the golf course. Everything about the home seemed as if it were created for comfort & convenience. The location was perfect & accessible to restaurants, shopping & events. It was very quiet & felt private.

We had our yearly family/friends trip in La Quinta this year & stayed at this beautiful home. Clay was very attentive and had everything we needed at his home to make it a wonderful trip :)

This place was awesome!!!... very spacious, beautiful home. The house had everything, the owner Clay thought of everything. Clay was always quick to answer any questions we had. We loved the little bar area and we loved the big open living room kitchen area, all the family was in one big room hanging out either eating, watching movies, playing family games or pool side at th beautiful pool. We totally loved this house and would come back again.

Clay was a responsive and accommodating host, letting us arrive early and stay late. We came on an incredibly hot July weekend (117 F), but the umbrellas around the pool were able to provide enough shade to make the pool useable. We also brought our own pop up canopy which helped. The room setup is awkward for a group of adults, and I'll try to describe it as the uploaded layout image is blurry. The master bedroom on the right is large and has its own huge bathroom. There is also a hallway bathroom near the first master that has a shower (this is the image with noticeably darker paint.) The casita has its own attached bathroom and entrance apart from the main house (it is next to the garage.) There is an outdoor shower and bathroom behind the BBQ for the pool. The second large master enters from the main living room, and has its own bathroom. The two twins room is accessible by walking through this second large master. The two twins room has another door which connects to another bathroom, which then connects to the final bedroom, the two queens room. The queens room has its own separate entrance. It has a wall AC unit instead of central air, so it wasn't as cool. It also has tile floors, and was not as nice as the rest of the house. I'd say if you are family with kids/teens this house would work great. For adults it was a bit more awkward, as there was a large discrepancy in room quality. We had issues with the main TV, as the cable box image was extremely glitchy, and none of the remotes were able to operate the smart TV components. Clay came over to help, but wasn't able to fully resolve the issue. Eventually we were able to cast from our laptops, but the TV was overall a frustration. Some kind of laminated user guide to the remotes might help. There were three Nest thermostats for different sections of the house, and it was tough to tell if they were working at times (to be fair, the extreme heat may have had a part in this.) They also seemed to have pre-programmed routines which made it difficult to consistently cool the place. This may be a reality of the desert, but there were a lot of bugs getting in. I killed at least ten crickets in the first master, and there were millipedes and other bugs that got in throughout the house. Overall we had a great time, and the kitchen was great for cooking large meals. Lots of beach towels and bathing towels provided. Make sure to bring extra paper towels, as we ran out.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in La Quinta. The house was beautiful with everything you could possibly need. Heated hot tub and pool were fantastic. The view from the back yard was spectacular. The owner was very nice and even checked on us mid-week to make sure we had everything we needed.

Great Home for a vacation. Plenty of amenities (towels, dishware, pillows etc) . nice view and pool is perfect. Bedding is very comfortable and furniture is nice. Recommend for your family or weekend getaway. Worth the money and has good location. Jim and Diana

My family and I loved this home! Not only was Clay the owner a wonderful person, but the whole experience of this places was just amazing! My family and I recommend this place!!!! We really enjoyed our long weekend in the desert at the lovely home. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful for the kids and family. At the end of the weekend, my seven year old asked if we could live at this grand home forever. I explained the would miss her grandparents and she responded there was plenty of extra room for them to move in! We definitely recommend.

The house was everything I had expected and more. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing while at home. Plenty of space for everyone to hang inside and outside. Clay did a great job making sure everything about the stay was handled appropriately and in a good manner. I would definitely recommend staying here and will hope to make a trip back to this wonderful home.

comfortable and clean house with a great back yard and pool. the kitchen is nicely equipped. it's a little off the golf course which adds to privacy. everything worked well which is not always the case with a rental.

The area ( PGA West ) is beautiful, the house is great and the backyard is exceptional. Clay lives nearby, ( he was readily available when we needed a hand with the pool and tv controls). Backyard has lots of privacy, has both sun and shade depending on where you park yourself. Outdoor shower was refreshing. It is a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. The house is well equipped, just need the consumables. This place is definitely a recommend.
