Dirty stains on couch, no air con, ixl in bathroom ceiling had no cover over it and all the cobwebs and dust was hanging out of it, 2nd bedroom window was stuck shut with paint so no air flow, yard was overgrown and the list goes on

Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine in bathroom. Outdoor eating area. Only a 5 min walk to beach.

As there was no sign to indicate which side of the driveway to park, we got an aggressive reprimand on arrival from the rear tenant for parking in his spot. Please put up a sign as he was very angry that this happens to him all the time. The unit was clean apart from dirty blankets and quilt covers, which we had to wash. There was no mattress protector under sheet on bed. No bedside table or bedside lamp provided. Dripping tap in bathroom could not be turned off. The fabric on couch was visibly dirty. No instructions provided for wifi so we had to call and ask. Broken heater tripped wifi when turned on. Outdoor lights would not stay on.
