My booking was cancelled and the only notice given was added to the bottom of a standard auto reply type of email telling me about the amenities and where I could find the keys. These are standard repetitive emails received from all the booking I have made on this site. This was a booking made late at night and I had very early travel arrangements. This notice could have been sent as a seperate email or through a text message. Clare was very rude and kept talking past me when I tried to explain why I didn't see her message. Proceeded to cut me off and carry on about her work as nurse and the stress involved with being around sick and dying people. Not sure the relevance to my situation. I still have not received my refund as mentioned in Clare's email message.

Great location, easy to find and close to Shops, Restaurnats, Bars and Cafe.

Poor phone/internet reception from the room

Good communication. Comfy bed. convenient location. Right across the road from the water.

Pretty close to the road so do get a bit of vehicle noise
