Great location near multiple beaches that can be walked to, and various restaurants. The pool is a nice additional feature for a change of pace from the sea.

Villa Bianca is all that and more. Jocelyn and Mrs Katherine made check in a breeze. Lets not forget Jocelyn makes the best rum punch. Alcoholic and non alcoholic. We had both.. Lol! Villa Bianca was a home away from home. The space was perfect for my birthday weekend for me and my sisters. I recommend Villa Bianca 10/10. I would definitely book again when im in Turks!!

From the moment Josie greeted us with delicious rum punch until we left for the airport, Villa Bianca was the perfect place for our Turks and Caicos vacation. Katherine and Josie are wonderful hosts! Katherine is very reponsive and sent us a lot of helpful information about Provo. We rented a Hyundai Santa Fe that is available with the property, and Katherine arranged for our transportation to and from the airport. The property was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots/pans, and basic ingredients. There is a storage area with beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear and coolers. The pool was a good size for the four of us, and felt very private. Shark Bite, Mango Reef, Simone's, and Baci are all restaurants within walking distance. The beach within walking distance is at the end of Grace Bay and was very quiet when we were there. Smith's Reef and Coral Gardens are both a short drive.

Our experience at Villa Bianca was amazing! The communication and information provided by Katherine was timely, helpful, and made our stay so comfortable. The check in process with Josie and her homemade rum punch was another very nice and personalized touch. The villa is warm and inviting, has great snorkeling, kayak and paddle boards to use. The pool is a perfect size with fun pool toys for the whole family. The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept great. Katherine and Josie had beach towels available, beach bags, a full kitchen and grill to use. There wasn’t anything we needed that this villa didn’t have. It’s also in a great location and we felt safe. We walked to the beach, it’s a very short drive to Smith’s reef and Coral Gardens to snorkel. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. It was a perfect home away from home for us and we would absolutely stay there again! Thank you, Katherine and Josie!!

We loved the house and amenities it came with. Katherine was very helpful from the start all the way until we left. The location was perfect. Close to many restaurants and the beach. We would come back!

4 old college friends / spouses gathered in Turks and Caicos for a week of fun and catching up. Katherine's home allowed us to do exactly what we were hoping for. Even before we arrived on island, Katherine was welcoming and informative. She was in contact with us via email and text before we arrived, and stayed in contact with us via WhatsApp once we were on the island. The 2 bedrooms in the house were very nice, and it was nice to be able to walk out to the poolwithout accessing any steps. There is a view of the ocean from the one side of the pool, and the beach is a short drive down the road. We were going to go the first public beach on Lower Bight Road, but then Katherine suggested we go a little further down to the slighly hidden public access beach at Coral Gardens Hotel (which also has a very nice reef for snorkling. We rented the Honda CRV that Katherine offered, which served its purpose. It's a 4 door automatic hatchback, perfect for short drives to he beach with all the equipment in the back. Katherine had a supply of chairs, floaties, nice snorkel equipment as well as some standup boards (which can latch on top of the car). The house was quiet as far as neighbors go. It is not right on the beach, nor is the beach very walkable from here. That was offset by the pool, the privacy, and the location close to Grace Bay Beach,Turtle Cove (with a 2nd very nice snorkeling area, famous for its sea turtles & rays), as well as an easy drive to the IGA store

Katherine and Josie were fantastic hosts. A wealth of information about TCI. The location was a short walk to fantastic snorkeling at Smith’s reef. High quality equipment and furnishings provided for several activities. Host was immediately available, personable and responsive to all my requests.
