This home has several issues the host is aware of and did nothing to resolve. Home is not cooled properly during the summer to make the stay worth the price. You will return to the home to find the temperature in the 80’s and 90’s that will not cool until the early morning hours making sleeping comfortably difficult, The AC units need properly serviced. Seems as if the home owners use every cost cutting measures to maintain the home. The stove has issues the host is aware of but not addressed. Host said someone would be there to fix the AC unit and stove. AC company did nothing to fix issues and the appliance repairman never showed up. Host offered a refund after the 3rd day. We asked if a partial refund was possible as it would be difficult to find accommodations on short notice. He did entertain the idea of a partial refund. Upon contacting the host was informed that since he had to contact an appliance repairman and AC repairman, also had to pay extra cleaning fees for area rugs of dog hair they would not give a refund. Host informed me that he would have have rather not taken our booking at all. He would have had the same issues with another guest as far as the AC and stove go.

We enjoyed our family weekend getaway at this beautifully updated home! The kids loved the bunk beds and having their own TV as well as the pool! Our only complaint was the A/C wasn’t able to keep up with the summer heat once the afternoon/evening sun would hit the house and it would get a little warm. Overall though the house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay!

We had 8 people staying and it was great! House is very, very nice. Well updated and plenty of room for everyone. The pool was the perfect place to hang out for a couple of days. Plenty of stores and restaurants very close by. Nice neighborhood and close to FLL, MIA, and the cruise ports. Made much more sense to do this instead of 4 hotel rooms!

There is not a bad thing about this house. It has been completely remodeled using all high end products. Lots of amenities included ( dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc…) things that just make the stay easier.the neighborhood is very nice middle class. Shopping and restaurants within a mile or so. Beds are comfortable. Would rent again.
