New construction, everything is new
Some sketch people complaining about how their credit card bounced and make a scene at the front desk

The hotel was very clean and I loved the decor and atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly.
The pool was smaller than it appeared in the pictures. It was also very loud because of the ventilation system . The voices echoing off the walls plus the ventilation made it impossible to communicate inside. The pool was also very cloudy.

The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was very good! The receptionists were delightful!
The bathroom floor was dirty, the water turned cold for a bit, and the bathroom shower had hair in it.

Far away from the airport which was my fault I had Al location wrong when I booked so that was my fault but it had a lot of shopping and food places around it

The power went out in the middle of the night it didn’t have a generator or any backup had an ice cold shower couldn’t do my hair no coffee or continental breakfast or tv and the staff didn’t care said that it was above their pay grade and wouldn’t give us our money back will never come back or recommend this place

I didn't expect such an amazing breakfast selection. I expect great breakfasts in Europe but not in the U.S. It was impressive and the breakfast room staff were exceptionally kind.
Would have been nice to have had a glass in the bathroom, but the coffee cup sufficed.

It smelled great when I walked in, was clean throughout, and the staff was kind.
Breakfast was crowded, but that’s not really anyone’s fault. Means that the food is good!

Convenient to everything I needed to visit.
Guests were super loud throughout the night and into the morning the entire stay. The refrigerator didn’t get cold and it was an inconvenience there was no microwave.

The location was close to where I needed to be and it was easy to spot from the road. I liked the shower, it was spacious and the water pressure was great!

There are no water bottles in the rooms and There is no variety in breakfas .

We didn’t make it to breakfast because our A/C was extremely loud and we slept poorly.
The A/C was so loud it was impossible to sleep every time it turned on.
