Excellent project! Amazing bars and restaurant! Extremely clean!

Loved everything about the property!

Our room was on the 36 floor. The room was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the food - we ordered room service several times! I love that the hotel used Nest toiletry products. The staff was very attentive and professional.

I didn’t like that the valet app/texting was disabled. That made the wait for our car longer.

Location is great attended a concert at the State Farm walking mins away was a plus downside checked into the hotel , staff flat out lied and stated there was no way we could self park they didn’t allow it , wanted to avoid the 60 dollar valet charge (there is a parking garage that’s cheaper across from the hotel) , but the kicker is we were unable to utilize the valet after the concert we could not get our vehicle , staff at valet stated only 2 people including herself were scheduled and she didn’t understand why the hotel would do such a thing being that they knew they were going to allow concert goers that didn’t stay at the hotel To use valet to make more money , staff stated we had 33 plus cars ahead of us , it was a 2 hour wait if we got our car at all , I even offered to get my car myself and rep at the hotel that worked there even offered for us , to no avail , we were forced to go to sleep hungry , all food delivery places were exceedingly price gauged due to concert and the hotel food accommodations were closed, on top of them allowing random concert goers to lounge in the lobby everywhere as if it was a mini night club . The next day we missed our food reservation due to the overwhelming number of people the hotel allowed to park again, on top of another event at the hotel . Once checked in , we had to move rooms due to the shower not draining , which pushed us back regarding concert . It’s been over a month now that the hotel and staff has given me the run around in regards to receiving valet money back . The manager Nadia stated she could not give my money back even though the the “hotel “ charged me , she stated valet was ran by a separate entity even through the charge came from the “hotel”.
