Остановились на один день в этом прекрасном отеле, и продлили проживание еще. Поездка в Ереван была по работе, поэтому выбирали по локации и не ошиблись. Тихий спокойный, очень уютный отель. Можно заказать дополнительно завтрак. Мы жили в номере с балконом, идеальное состояние комнаты. Отель свежий после ремонта. Рядом в пешей доступности магазины, рестораны и центр города. Персонал очень вежливый , сделали апгрейд номера без доплат. Все очень душевно. Вернемся снова и будем рекомендовать друзьям.

Hotel muy bonito en el centro de Ereván. calle tranquila, hermoso jardín. Las habitaciones están limpias y son grandes. ¡El personal es excelente!

a beautiful courtyard with a garden, we had an Apartment room, which had a separate entrance and its own kitchen. We really liked the boutique hotel and will recommend it to our friends. the staff was wonderful, always helping us and making us feel at home

The room was in a basement floor, like a crypt No condition

There was nothing positive about the stay

Its a long list of .. have mentioned a few below: 1. Checkin time was 13.00hrs and hotel checked with me the arrival time on Whatsapp which I confirmed 18.00hrs. For some reason we got late and arrived at 20.00hrs however room was still not ready and we were made to wait over 30mins. That's was weird. 2. Property is below ground level and it doesn't give a feel good factor. 3. First ever hotel which doesn't provide a single bottle of water, when asked I was rudely told to drink tap water. I'm not denying that could be norm there but, we have come from a different country and its the most basic requirement to have atleast 2 bottles for family of 3 but, we were given none. 4. We booked Deluxe suite (by look of it it was nowhere to be seen as Deluxe), it had 1 double bed and sofa bed. The sofa bed was in such a horrible condition that if 1 person sits also it was shaking and goes down. We didn't have any other choice but to sleep 1 member on the floor. 5. Cleaning only done on the 3rd day that too just replacing the towels and toiletries, room was not vacuumed as dust was still whole around, bed was not made too. I still have lots more, but I will end here.

The staff were polite and friendly. They gave us delicious Armenian apricot. The location was very good. The second room we got had a big nice fridge.

Upon arrival, the staff asked us initially to cancel the booking from booking.com and pay them in cash. That sounded very odd to me, so I refused. They kept insisting, but I made it clear that I wouldn't cancel my booking. Eventually, I paid in cash as they required without canceling the booking. At first, we were given room number 2, where the toilet didn't have a door because, according to them, "it was designed in European style." We asked to change to a room where the toilet had a door, and they accommodated our request after a couple of days. In the new room, the bathroom had a door, but the TV was not working. Moreover, they washed the used towels and bed sheets with a machine in the shared kitchen. Several times we saw them washing the used towels and bed sheets at 40 degrees, which made me concerned about the hotel's hygiene. Additionally, we found some nasty trash under the bed. The single bed in the room was uncomfortable and made a lot of noises with the tiniest movements.

This hotel is in the city center. There is a good restaurant near there and also there is 24 hours working market. It is very nice place to stay with a family
