The property is beautiful : clean and well maintained. The center of Porto Viejo is very close. Its restaurant and spa are also fantastic : we had great dinner and amazing massage.

The hotel is beautifully designed and our room was fabulous! We had our own plunge pool. The location is perfect as can easily walk to loads of restaurants and the downtown area of Puerto Viejo. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Nothing really. Not sure the current 'rack rate' would be worth paying.

The breakfast and the restaurant were exceptionally good. The chef was creative and the meals of excellent quality

It is not the Hotel's fault, but the area does not have proper sewage system but septic tanks and that is at times challenging

Breakfast could have more vegetarian and simple options like a simple avocado on toast, the portions were way to big seems like a waste of food Coffee pods should be included in the room as a courtesy for guests

Breakfast was delicious. Location was great and the property was beautiful and secure. Will definitely be back. David at the from desk was great and very helpful.

I thought the hotel itself was very pretty, nice location . The staff were amazing, super nice and helpful. The tourist accommodations could be a bit better like having a microwave in the room, being that they do have a fridge in the room. I also thought that the bar and kitchen closes too early which is why the microwave is very essential. Beyond that the room was nice, a few bugs but you kinda expect that being we are in a garden. But beautiful facility, great staff and nice location. The power did go out at least 2x while being here but that is something out the hotels control.

I didn’t like that the bar and kitchen closed at 9:30 and that the guest rooms had a fridge but no microwave.

The rooms were not sound proofed at all so we could hear our neighbours conversations, music, and TV.

Super schönes Hotel, es wurde sehr auf Design geachtet. Alles sehr schön fürs Auge. Das Personal war super zuvorkommend. Besonders die Zimmer mit eigenem Pool sind sehr zu empfehlen. Auch das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Fußläufig nur wenige Minuten ins Stadtzentrum.

the noise travels through the walls if the room next to you is being loud. not really an issue if you don’t have rowdy neighbors like we did but it would be the case at most hotels

Amazing hotel in Puerto Viejo town. Beautiful and stylish hotel, spacious and quite rooms, comfortable bed. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast options a la carte are delicious. Swimming pool and gardens are super cool.

Absolutely stunning and very tranquil. Delicious food. Wonderfully welcoming and pleasant staff. Especially Laurent, she brought her warm, helpful and wonderful nature from the very beginning of my stay until the end. So very glad that someone mentioned this place to me, as it’s very new. My only gripe or downside was the wifi - pretty big issue for me as I was working. You shouldn’t work in a place as lovely as this anyway, but I was!

Poor / no wifi in the rooms. I was working on this trip so it was very disruptive to not have wifi in the room.

Wonderful new hotel, very tastefully decorated and designed. surrounded by tropical plants. Very beautiful. Staff was super friendly.

We loved staying there. Would maybe have preferred a breakfast buffet rather than a la carte, but still enjoyed it very much.
