Cozy Townhome in a Great Location
Cette maison de vacances avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bain à Winston-Salem est la solution parfaite pour explorer les environs en toute simplicité. Les amoureux de la nature et du grand air seront ravis de loger à 14 minutes en voiture de Tanglewood Park et à 11 minutes de Reynolda Gardens. Vous parcourrez aisément le trajet de 7 minutes en voiture jusqu'à Hanes Mall ou de 8 minutes jusqu'à Truist Stadium.
Profitez du confort de la maison et bien plus pendant votre séjour : le WI-Fi et la climatisation, mais également un sèche-linge et des serviettes sont à votre disposition. Parmi les autres équipements, vous trouverez du papier toilette.

The townhouse was lovely, roomy and perfectly situated for the activities we planned in the area with easy access to travel in all directions. The driveway was easily long enough for our two cars. The property description was accurate and had all the amenities described. The property manager/owner was very welcoming and communication was great. If in the area again, I would definitely stay there.

This was such a nice and comfortable place. Is a newer construction so it has all the amenities you would expect. Plenty of room and it even has an office.
The apartment complex down the street has a very convenient doggy area.
Alicia was very responsive and answered all our questions in a timely manner.
If you are visiting the Winston Salem area this is the place to stay.

After checking in 15-20 minutes early, we realized the cleaning lady had not come yet to change linens or get the house ready. I promptly reached out to the house manager and it was remedied in a very prompt manner.
By the time my husband and I returned from dinner with my son, who we had come to see, the house sparkled and smelled wonderful!!! I could not have been more pleased with the house or the communication. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is close proximity of wake forest law school as well as the downtown area of Winston Salem.
I would stay here again in the future.

We stayed here for student day at Wake Forest University. This was a very nice location for us. Very comfortable and clean house.

Enjoyed staying for the most part it was perfect but the fridgerator had a used dirty plastic knife left it in, and having an immunocompromised son that was disappointing but wouldn’t stop us from visiting again!

Townhouse was clean and easy to find. Check in/out was easy as well. Bedrooms are upstairs along with an office. The office could easily be converted to a bedroom with a blow up bed. There were a lot of cars parked on the street but no one blocked the driveway or even made it hard to get in and out. We were spending our time between Bermuda Run and south Winston Salem and it was easy to get where we needed to go.

Comfortable and extremely pleasant. Trouble with a few appliances but it in no way affected how much we enjoyed ourselves. Alicia was great to communicate with. Fast reply to all correspondence. Would stay again.

The rental was extremely clean, easy to find, located about 15 minutes from downtown Winston. Extremely easy check in, excellent communication, quiet neighborhood, minutes south of I-40. Rental was very roomy, nice kitchen and nice furniture. We will definitely inquire about renting this same house for our future visits to Winston-Salem
