filthy floor and chair. Uncomfortable, you couldn't sit in the dirty chair it was so uncomfortable. Fortunately the bed was clean. Bathroom shabby and uncared for. The problem with places along the route to W.A. is they don't make an effort , with maintaining the properties and they are over priced. This is my honest experience.

Quiet location, friendly barman
The over powering stench of stale cigarettes, the shower was dirty, the only place to sit was outside
It was advertised with meals but the barlady who signed us in said the kitchen was closed but later that night the friendly Barman mentioned to my husband that there was breakfast available
It was run down and needs a lot of work to get it up to the International status
