Pricing and location was superb for a family on tight budget. The facility has 24hr guard on duty and you only need to register once at the guard house. The rest of the stay, even though you still have to use visitor lane (host did not provide access card/sensor), the guard let you in with minimal fuss (only to answer some minimal questions if you happen to encounter different guard).

For a 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms apartment, the number of rubbish bin was not enough. Only 1 bin provided at the kitchen area. So it becomes a hassle to pack the bin much earlier than expected as it is the only one around, so it requires a lot sooner attention than ideal. I think the bedsheet was not fresh and some stains (looks kinda fresh) can clearly be seen. Towels are provided but too small for adult use unless you are ok with showing of to much skins to people around you... And the swimming pool has some issues. The tiles are starting to peel off. It could be dangerous if you are not careful.
