It is very good place to day with family and friends.

The grass and bushes need to be cut or some better landscaping around the house. But besides that all good.

This place is incredible. We went with 4 families to ski at Camelback. Our kids had an awesome time in the basement game room, and we all slept comfortably in king beds. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and there was an extra fridge so space for all of our food. We loved it!

House was very nice and very clean. The outdoor grill area was pretty bad no water in sink extremely dirty the grill was disgusting I cleaned it well and then we were able to use it and I left it clean for the next person but the outside eating area needs a lot of work it could be nice if the work was put in to it. The pool and pool area were very nice and very well kept. The hot tub as well was very nice and clean. The out door shed where we were told to leave our garbage had MANY bags of garbage in there and it smelled very bad and you were able to smell it even before you reached the shed….at one point we had no hot water, I texted the owner on the cell phone listed inside the front door and got no response one of the main reasons we rented the house was for the pool and the outdoor eating and cooking area but the eating and cooking area disappointed. And there was no fire pit. We will most likely not stay there again

The house and property have excellent potential. The main issue we had was the host and the lack of tending to the property.
When we arrived the garbage hut was overflowing with garbage and there were flies everywhere. The lawn was overgrown and not tended to essentially making the playground inaccessible. The pool area was beautiful but the bar area was filthy and smelled awful. The wicker chairs were sticky. Inside the house was better, but the floors had not been washed and our feet were back from walking around barefoot. There was barely enough soap in the bathrooms, and it quickly ran out without any refills. There were no pool towels. The kitchen had beautiful utilities but the pantry was filled with towels, so we used a hall closet for food.
There was no shampoo or body wash in the showers .
When I contacted the manager about the garbage he said it V would be picked up the next morning. In fact it was not picked up until the third day which caused a serious fly problem. I received the same answer about the lawn but it was not taken care of for 4 days. The manager stopped answering me when I complained.
I strongly suggest that the owners find different managers. The house and property are wonderful and we had a great time.

This home is AMAZING! The host was very responsive to any of my questions and the house itself is perfect for a group. Lots of space and great amenities.
The pool area was great for all our guests and the children loved the game room. A perfect location close to many excursions and restaurants.
