Breakfast was good.
Bathrooms were small. They have a tub but couldn't take a bath because of the plug. Didn't get new towels and we were there 3 nights. Our TV stopped working and wouldn't come on. Had to wait till the next day in the morning they told us for maintenance to look at it. We were where we needed to be in the morning till about 3 and came back and no 1 came to look at the TV. We requested a hot tub and also didn't get that.

Pool was great ..large clean and warm ..room was clean and functional..breakfast was very good ...nice very large open area behind the hotel ..see my grandkids enjoying..becoming my Poconos goto place

Good Location.
Heater/AC didn't work, Someone's luggage was left in closet, screaming in hallway overnight, phone rang overnight with someone making weird sounds.

The breakfast was wonderful everything was fresh, and hot they had batter for you to make your own waffle my daughter really enjoyed making her waffle she love that the waffle had a heart shape in the center with there logo…..perfect location about a minute away from the
Poconos premium outlet mall.

Location, staff was nice and bed was comfortable.
There was a guy sleeping on the couch in the hall during the night and the power went out when i was in the shower. Also the room wasn't too clean (the chair had stains all over). I overall expected more for the price.

Small room bed was not comfortable the bathroom was very small felt crowded. They need a designated area for smokers cause the entire lobby and first floor smelled like cigarette smoke very disappointed for the price paid.

The rooms are scruffy, the bedding is very used. The pictures are filtered, the rooms need a renovation for sure. My partner got food poisoning after breakfast.
