Average, not so much to choose from. Coffee was nice and hot..
I would have expected to have more of a selection of fruit, example, cheese, eggs and possible butter, spreads of a selection, example honey or jam.
So much road noise, a very hot room which we couldn't cool down even we left front room door open for a while. Wil was a busy noisy place. I had no opportunity to book a room towards to the inside area of hotel.

location of this hotel in middle of centre
two parking only near the left that takes you to the room , other parking has no left to rooms .
I parked in -2 parking and I spend more than half hour to find my room since there is No connection from -2 parking to rooms & there is no one to ask since it’s self check in hostel .

The hotel itself is very nice, it is new, the rooms are quite spacious for Switzerland. Plus, you have small coffee room, where you can have water, tea, coffee and even some minibar beverages. In the morning you can also grad a croissandt. So, there’s nothing not to like, but I got there on the day the Mastercard had a major failure, so the self checkin process became useless.. I had to spend 10 minutes on the phone to do the checkin.
Plus, the checkin is great for returning customers... First time - you might have some issues doing it.

Centrally located; reached hotel rather late, but someone remotely/promptly answered the doorbell; electronic check-in; Breakfast Room (Lounge) had a nice coffee machine along with Teas/Cocoa; Red Apples and freshly baked Croissants made up for a decent bite with the morning coffee. Overall housekeeping staff very helpful, as they immediately refilled milk in the coffee machine upon reporting it. Awesome place and decent value for money!
Slightly bigger room would have been nicer; windows on street side are not completely soundproof.

The check in was a complete disaster. No help, left standing on the road, you should have an agent to assist, both nights we saw patrons having many check in problems and no one to easily assist them. Parking was an issue, coming and going was an issue.

It was close to local amenities such as restaurants. Secure underground parking for our bikes.

Bright, airy room, secure parking place, comfy beds, strong wifi, nice view. Quiet room, despite being a busy burrito place.
There was very little pastry selection for breakfast, and no proper milk for the coffee, only UTH ones in little capsules.
We met no staff members, it is a self check in hotel.

Very central location, right by the main shopping street and a 5 min. walk from the train station.
The lack of human contact (self check-in, self service for coffee etc).

Shower would be better with glass walls. Otherwise it feels like a student dorm
