Bien ubicado, en una zona de nueva construcción, con bares y farmacia allí mismo. Todo muy nuevo y moderno, bien cuidado, acojedor.

Encontramos a faltar "puntos de apoyo": pequeños espacios donde poder dejar o apoyar el cepillo de dientes, maquinilla de afeitar, maletas, etc. Las paredes un poco delgadas.

Era una zona tranquila on es podia arribar amb bus. L'habitació era molt agradable i el llit molt còmode.

No hi ha servei d'habitacions (hem dormit tres nits i no han vingut a fer-nos el llit ni a repostar els sabons). No hem parlat amb ningú de l'allotjament (no hi havia recepció); desconeixem si ens haguessin pogut resoldre amb rapidesa alguna situació problemàtica, si aquesta s'hagués produït.

Nos gustó todo, desde el contacto con el anfitrión mediante booking hasta por supuesto la moderna habitación, la limpieza de la misma. Al lado hay una estación de bicis muy util para visitar la ciudad, ya que andando queda un poco retirada del casco antiguo.

The Donastia are rooms only but once we got the code to access from the provider who was really helpful they were brilliant - very clean, beds wonderful, shower amazing and a large TV - there were cafes and bars underneath but never heard any noise and joined in with the locals. Very reasonable small supermarket just on the corner. Had breakfast at one of the cafes - 2 x tomate tostada, 2 lovely coffees and a huge piece of tortilla - 7.40 euros for all !!! - then jumped on to the No 26 circular bus which comes every 10 mins where the stop is just behind the chemist and 1.75 euros and 15 - 20 minutes later right in the centre of San Sebastian 5 mins walk to Conte beach. We did the return journey twice in one day and it was brilliant - would definitely recommend these rooms very modern and comfortable with air conditioning and location great - will definitely return.

Everything was perfect.

This hotel is fantastic. Everything was very very cleaned. I can say that mine was an apartment, entrance with very spacious living room with sofa and TV. Very large bathroom and also very large room. I really liked it and didn't want to leave. I m was very happy 😊

Room was brand new and good… but please please in 2023 consider abandoning single use plastic for shower and shampo!

Very spacious and very clean room. Comfortable bed. It is located in a quiet area with a place nearby where you can grab a drink or something to eat. Easy free parking.

Too far from the city center, maybe a little expensive.

Very clean and comfortable! Despite the bar downstairs, it's in a very quiet area around 30-40 minute walk to the centre. It's also very easy and free to park outside the property.

Reasonably priced no-frills room in San Seb. Regular buses into the city centre (Bus 26). (Train station also nearby but struggled getting a ticket on the machine). Beds really comfortable and clean. Several cafes and bars below the building with decent cheap non-tourist food if you want a break from Pintxo’s. Parking wasn’t a problem for us.

Once we settled in, we stated to see what this place has to offer: Close to excellent transport, cafes downstairs, the best shower of all our recent stays, easy access to and simple well designed room.

I found the "virtual" reception a little peculiar and it reminded me of the value of really good face to face receptionists. The floor was a tad dusty and the bathroom soaps were a bit measly for a 3 night stay. Size was a bit cosy for 2 but quite efficient.

We were the first guests and felt very welcomed! It’s 20 minutes by bus to go to the city center and the buses are fairly frequent. The cafe/ bar on the ground floor is great and the ambiance is familial and warm

The doors shut all night long as the guest arrive.
