Our host was very welcoming and also assisted with our parking ticket. Apartment was roomy with ample options for breakfast already in the kitchen. Not a fancy place but it covered the bases. Parking was available but we got a spot on the street without issue.

The location was fine for our purposes. But if your focus is the old town, it is not terribly close.

This place is ideal if you have a car as there is private parking just in front of the flat. The apartment has recently been renovated. All mod cons and the most comfortable bed and memory foam pillows. It felt home from home and there was lots of space in the flat so we weren't on top of each other. Giovanni was very helpful too. He shares his contact details before hand so check in and everything else is super easy. The location was a 10min drive to the castle and 25mins to the beach. There were also restaurants & plenty of late night gelato near his apartment. Santa Catrina restaurant was very good. So good we went there twice!

Only one small thing is I would have preferred proper plates in the kitchen rather than plastic as it is better for the environment. However, it was nice not to wash up! ;)
