Proximity to Roker Beach - five minute walk. Good size apt for two people with everything you need like an Airbnb but better and without massive cleaning charges. Nice and quiet as well with sea view from lounge. I travelled with a child and they were so considerate getting us into the property a few hours earlier than regular check in - it was really appreciated.

All the doors have automatic close hinges (fire regulations) and they’re really heavy to open. Could do with an iron and ironing board and a note about where the trash bins are.

The property was fantastic but I didn't receive information about access in advance.

The beds in the master bedroom were extremely uncomfortable. The mattresses were in need of replacement.

Excellent location and wonderful views. The apartment was very clean, fresh and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen.

The self closing interior doors were annoying, as was the light in the hallway which was on a sensor. No way anyone can get up to use the loo in the night without setting off a very bright light and thereby waking up whoever else is there. There is a lovely full size dishwasher, but not enough cutlery, so you have to wash up by hand rather than run the machine two thirds empty.

Was a lovely apartment lovely view, nice area and good facilities, easy access and parking straight outside all very convenient. Had everything you needed! Did love that when I arrived it was warm and toastie felt instantly home away from home. Would most definitely recommend and we will be using again.

There was quite a lingering smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom. Not a huge issue nothing that couldn’t be sorted with febreeze the sink is blocked in apartment 2 water wouldn’t drain normally but wasn’t an issue for us just a mention :)

It was very well located for all amenities, with a great sea view. Very spacious, with everything you needed to cook. With plenty of plates, cutlery, etc. It was also very clean and secure, with well thought out furnishings.

The only gripe. (Very minor) The mattress and pillows were a bit soft. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

The property was just where we needed to be to meet family and friends the view was amazing. It was great to have our own space to come back too. Bonus to walk out of the door to the fantastic beach and cafes

Unfortunately the shower did not work properly only trickling out and warm water, but this did not hinder our stay. We let the cleaner know so hopefully it will be fixed on our next visit to family

Great location and the view of pier and the sea from the front is fab In easy walking distance to pubs and restaurants and the sea front Beautifully decorated, very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay Would recommend it and would definitely return

When we got there the apartments was freezing, there was no heating on and took a while to warm up. Just a couple of suggestions would be ..A thicker duvet would have been more comfortable as it was quite cold in the bedroom and a hand towel in the bathroom The view was slightly spoilt as there was a camper-van parked in the car park in front of the apartment window

The apartment is in an amazing location, and the communication with the host was first class right from the moment I booked It was well equipped, modern and comfortable

Everything was perfect. There was nothing to dislike.
