Have stayed at Trump International Beach Resort several times booking with the hotel directly. The hotel staff and amenities are always excellent. The private residence we rented thru you located inside the hotel was a horrible experience

We love the hotel the private residence we rented thru you was horrible The condo owner is the worst owner we have ever dealt with. Had to be moved by hotel after major flooding thru bathroom ceiling. Owner had removed smoke detectors and complaint had to be filed with management owner became angry that we notified hotel management of no smoke detectors in condo owner refused to refund monies after rom became uninhabitable. Filed full dispute with AMEX who has charged back rental company and owner Will never rent again like this. Will only rent thru hotel managed rooms. Worst owner ever
