Our daughter will start high school in August as Seniors. This was a great trip and a wonderful place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront home in Panama City Beach, Florida. The deck facing the ocean featured a sauna, cool plunge, and hot tub, which made it a perfect retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation. I use a cool plunge and sauna daily, so having these facilities on hand was a major highlight. The owner thoughtfully provided cornhole, frisbees, bocce ball, a beach tent, and many other items that made our beach days even more enjoyable. The house was fantastic, with a spacious great room that served as the ideal gathering place for our family in the evenings. Every room had a large TV, ensuring everyone had their entertainment options. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations, providing the perfect combination of relaxation and fun. We would love to come back!

This property is the perfect private beach house! From the excellent communication with Tim to all the thoughtful amenities that are included like sound machines in each room and phone/watch chargers to 8 beach chairs, you won’t be lacking anything. We all enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, cold plunge and outside showers daily and are leaving refreshed and rejuvenated!

Property was immaculate, well maintained and very kid friendly with plenty of onsite activities. Everything you would need is included with this property. Hot tub was amazing!!! Tim was a great host and extremely accommodating!!! You won’t find a better property or location at Panama City beach!!!?3

The owner has thought of every tiny detail to make your stay the best of the best! Entry into the house? Simple and easy. Is the hallway dark as you enter? No worries, they have motion detecting sconces to light the way. Are you sensitive to light when going to sleep? They have window shades that block most of the outside light and the space above the window had a cover over it! We slept so well each night, thanks to the little details that make it a little easier to sleep away from the comfort of home. The linens and towels were high quality. The kitchen was equipped with anything we needed. The putting green was surprisingly challenging in the best way. My husband and I competed in chipping and putting games for hours that week. The sauna was wonderfully clean and easy to use. The sauna was another reason why we slept so well! The owners are super transparent, communicate quickly, and follow up promptly. You feel like a priority to them! You deserve a week like the one we had! We can’t wait to come back and relive the memories we made! Mahalo, Tim and Krista!

My husband and I just stayed here for a long weekend with our dogs. The house is so clean and cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable. You cannot beat the views of this place. It was great being right on the beach. We enjoyed our days sitting on the deck watching the waves. It was great to have the hot tub and sauna to use as well. The kitchen was well stocked and we made several meals at home. The house is also conveniently located to many restaurants. We would definitely stay here again on the future.

We just returned from a fabulous stay at the Aloha Beach House Retreat. Our group of two families with young adult children thoroughly enjoyed the stunning views, comfortable furnishings, and the very well stocked kitchen! Mother Nature didn’t cooperate as we experienced cold and windy weather but the unbelievable amenities and the fantastic views more than made up for the weather issues. Our group loved relaxing in the sauna and hot tub. The cold plunge was an added bonus! The putting green and corn horn set got lots of use! The layout of this spacious home was just perfect. The open concept main living area allowed for our group of nine adults to gather without feeling cramped. The bedrooms were beautifully furnished and the beds were super comfy. Prior to our arrival, our host was very responsive to our many questions about the home and the Panama City Beach area. We received detailed check in information and arrived to find the home warm and welcoming. We especially appreciated the personalized welcome sign. We highly recommend this outstanding property! We are looking forward to returning again the next time we are in the area.

This property is a dream for families with adults and teens! The amenities kept everyone busy and happy. The host met me and gave me a tour of the property with plenty of time for me to ask questions. The eight of us had lots of room inside and outside! The bunk room was perfect for three teens who spent their Thanksgiving week with their grandmother and parents! The pictures and description of the property are accurate. The house is directly on the beach. In addition, because of its location, it is accessible to every sort of shop and entertainment. But the beach itself is not at all crowded....it was like a private beach! It was a dream of a week for all of us! Some family drove and some flew into the airport which is 20 minutes from the house. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Just read the description.....it is accurate. I've rented through VRBO for years and years and all over the world, and this is the best!

Fabulous weekend. We were greeted as house guests and given a lovely tour. The property is immaculate. Amazing amenities. 60ft of private & natural beach frontage. A vintage gem with original palm trees. Detailed and thoughtful owners who haven’t overlooked anything. Amazing sunsets. Family/Adult friendly play areas. Awesome spa features. I can’t say enough good things about Aloha Beach House & Tim!

We booked this house for a family beach trip. Our group had 4 adults and 6 kids (ages range from 2 to 14). We LOVED it!! There was no shortage of activities for all of us. Not only is the beach RIGHT THERE, but there was a hot tub (which the kids used daily), a cold plunge pool (great addition), a little golf/putt putt area, and indoor gaming as well. Everything was fully stocked - more than any other rental we have stayed in! We took their beach chairs to the beach daily and were so happy they provided them. They had provided sound machines in every room. If you have young kids, you know how important this can be. We also really liked the chargers in each room (can charge your iPhone, AirPods, and watch all in 1 charger). The location was probably the main reason we booked it in the first place and it did not disappoint. You are just steps from the soft white sand. It was so nice not having to lug everything back and forth throughout the day. We set up in the morning and were able to come and go as we pleased since we were that close to the ocean. Again, if you have kids, you know how important this can be :) The communication from the owner, Tim, was fantastic. He made sure our experience was a great one from start to finish. Would highly recommend this lovely home!

We have been coming to PCB for over 20 years and this house is hands down the best place we have stayed at. It’s spacious, clean and has everything you need ( beach chairs, boogie boards, beach tent, amazing shampoo and conditioner, and fully stocked kitchen supplies) for the perfect vacation! It’s definitely a must stay at while vacationing in PCB! The kids are always wanting to be on the go while in PCB, but with all the fun activities (foosball, arcade game, and mini golf) this house offers , they never wanted to leave. Tim, the owner, was so nice and made sure everything was perfect and was always available if we needed anything. 100% a 5 star rental!

This is a 5 star rental for sure. First, it is a great location. It is centered between both ends of the beach, but far from any condos so the beach is never crowded. It's perfect. The house is very spacious and offers so many great features. We enjoyed the putting green, the cold plunge tub, hot tub, corn hole, arcade, fuse ball and more. There are so many great additions. The owner, Tim, has great communication with the guests. The house is supplied with extras too (much more than most house rentals). They supply beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, soaps/shampoo/conditioner, and more. They really go above and beyond to make a great stay. I would highly recommend the home. Don't forget to enjoy all the Hawaiian touches. Every room has a Hawaiian name. Too many pluses to mention. You wont be disappointed!

Incredible location. Huge property and very private. Patio is a great space to socialize and incorporates the hot tub, cold tub and incredible putting green where we spent a lot of time since we love to golf. It’s high quality. Being able to socialize with the people in the hot tub while we were putting. :-) every afternoon! Pretty cool. We usually rent higher end houses in Rosemary Beach area with fancy kitchens and bathrooms, but nothing was available. The house is a little older, but everything works perfect. We definitely used the Margaritaville machine to make margaritas, that was a nice touch from the owners who were super easy and very responsive. House was clean, beds were comfortable kitchen was really well stocked. Kids bunk room is massive and an amazing place to hang out even for the adults with a foosball table and a really cool classic arcade gaming table. The owners really did this place right , we loved the Hawaiian theme. Every bedroom has a Hawaiian name. Being on the beach is special once you rent on the beach, you’ll never want to be off the beach. It’s just super convenient. There are also two showers one when you come up from the beach which is all I used and one by the hot tub that has hot water. Super convenient, everything is well thought out. We will definitely rent this place again. Aloha Tim and thank you.

Amazing! We had a group of 12 from young kids, teens to grandparents, plenty of room for everyone.The location is unbeatable, easy access to many restaurants and activities. Pier Park is just 2 miles away. Shipwreck Island waterpark even closer. Golf cart rental right across the street. I really enjoyed the Cold Plunge.1st time I had seen that in a rental. The owner asked me what temperature I wanted on arrival. Awesome. Apparently a Barrel Sauna coming soon. The house is beautifully furnished. Comfy beds and updated furniture throughout. Smart TVs with Sling TV. Outdoor area is beautifully decorated and functional. The deck is massive! A Huge Hot Tub with views and even a putting green. Competition anyone? This was our first time renting beachfront and wow what a difference. The private path to the beach is an indescribable feeling. Convenient, but also the feeling you get when you sit and relax on the patio is a major wow factor. Outdoor showers and hot shower make it easy to rinse off after a day in the sand. I never showered inside. Game room is perfect for the kids with classic arcade games & a Foosball table. Even the adults had fun Pacman competitions. Fully equipped well stocked Kitchen with everything you need, including a Margaritaville machine which was fun to use. Even an air fryer. Perfect for entertaining and relaxing. Morning coffee and sunsets on the patio were my favorite. Overall, this property is a must. Owners are super nice and respond immediately.
