Very nice and clean. Had appropriate cooking utensils and cooking ware.

Upon arrival we immediately noticed how beautiful and immaculately maintained the house is! It is the nicest house we have ever rented (we’ve rented many to vacation in)! It is incredibly spacious. We could have brought another family to join the vacation with us! Ha! Only downfalls: there is no AC. We arrived during an unusually warm spike. We did immediately open all of the windows throughout the house which did cool it down, but as few days passed even having the windows open, it was still warm. Also, the locals told us the mosquitos just hatched (lucky us!) and we dealt with trying to sleep and mosquitos making their way in and bothering us. I’m not sure if having air and keeping the windows shut would have helped (we never kept the doors open but the mosquitos definitely swarmed on the screens). The water also has a very strong sulfur smell and the hot water doesn’t last long. I started a load of clothes and took a shower and I couldn’t finish my shower before the water turned cold. My husband noticed this too at a separate time as he tried taking a shower after our son and he quickly ran out of hot water. Aside from this, we are thankful for our time at this house and property. It is beautiful, super clean, super spacious and who can beat having the beach right across the road?! The owners are very fast to communicate as well. Overall, it was a very wonderful stay and we are looking forward to returning!!

We really couldn't have asked for anything else. Everything we needed was very easily accessible, plenty of towels and washcloths, plenty of places to sleep. The beds were all comfortable and clean! 90% of our stay it rained but the awesome house made up for the lack of time outdoors. The house was amazing and very spacious for the extras that tagged along with us at the last minute. Cleanliness of the house was amazing! Our only thing that was disappointing was Google showed the address to be on lake Superior instead of across the road from the lake.

Our group of friends rotate locations in the UP yearly - and this year brought us to Paradise. This property is spacious; well furnished; very clean. For the 5 of us, plenty of room without walking over each other. Cable and Wi-Fi. Plenty of parking for 2 vehicles with trailers. We all agreed this was the best rental we have ever done for our trip. Host is great, highly recommend.

House was very clean and cute. Great spot for access to trails. Our group especially loved the walk in/gear room with plenty of space for boots, helmets, coats and bibs.

Pictures do not do this property justice. Kitchen well stocked and the upstairs bedrooms are huge! Had great parking for 2 snowmobile trailers and trucks. Beds very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The pictures really don't do this home justice - the upstairs is huge! There was six of us and we all had plenty of space. We had a great time on our vacation. However, there were a couple of things that if we'd known ahead of time may have caused us to look for a different place. 1) The smell of the water in the home (rotten egg smell) was a real turn off. It was hard to a shower and brush your teeth and feel clean, also we didn't dare use it to cook with. 2) The fact that you need to take your trash with you upon checking out was a huge drawback for us. Who wants to drive around with a bag of trash. This alone has me doubting a return visit. Maybe the cleaning crew could take this on - just a thought. The house it's self was clean and the neighborhood was friendly and quiet. The Wheelhouse diner & Goatlocker saloon isn't far from the property and have excellent food (we'll be making a return visit here for sure). Enjoy your visit to Paradise, the views are worth the trip.

This is a very nice home to rent. A quiet neighborhood, a sandy quiet beach, clean and comfortable home!

We had another wonderful stay with our extended family. We love how spacious this home is…four couples and two kids and everyone had private bedrooms and room to spread out. The kitchen is equipped with almost everything you need and the home has lots of extras like camp chairs, laundry, and a new fire pit. We loved our stay and spent most of it on the beautiful beach. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property with us! We hope to be back again!

Nice place, had everything we needed and more. Only negative thing was check in time per vrbo said 3pm they told us 4pm. And vrbo said we could change dates up to a certain date and when we tried we were told no. So wonderfulplace, just be sure of your dates and double check on check in times.

House was everything we needed; spacious bedrooms and short walk to Lake Superior; nice setup for the firepit. Great trails for off road adventure!

I'm so happy we chose this property! It was a lovely house- the back room was my favorite, especially in the morning with my coffee. It was roomy, kids loved it and it was stocked with absolutely everything! I brought things that I didn't even need. As far as location, the only thing is there's only a couple of places as far as restaurants and the main pizza place had closed awhile ago I guess. Thank you for the wonderful stay! ❤️

We all had a great stay. Home was clean and well stocked. Nice quiet location in the UP of Michigan. We would definitely stay there again.

This house worked out perfectly for a group of friends that went to the UP for hiking. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and the walk to the lake was beautiful day and night.

This property is well maintained and cared for. The house was exceptionally clean upon arrival. The property was well stocked with kitchen items and the laundry area was most appreciated. The only drawback for our group was having to take out our garbage either with us or to the dump on certain days when it was open.

Loved our time here this past week. Very comfortable with nearly everything we needed right there for us. Well supplied Kitchen kept us eating in … most we’ve ever cooked on a vacation - and loved every minute of it.

This house made the perfect setting for a girls weekend away from it all. It was the best combination of setting and comfort, and we loved the back porch area for puzzles and morning caffeine. Having the beach so close was fantastic too. We'll definitely stay again!
