I just finished a 9 night stay with my adult children and grandchildren. It could not have been nicer. This unit is on the 3rd floor which gives a fantastic view of the bay and the boardwalk. The unit is large so everyone had their own space I like to walk before dawn and being able to step right out onto the boardwalk and the bay was very enjoyable.

Shannon was an amazing host! Went above and beyond for our family. Our children and grandchildren had an amazing vacation. The beach access was perfect ! No need to pack sand toys or beach chairs, it is all available on property. We will book again!

The condo was perfect for my large family of 14 (grandparents, siblings, spouses and kinds. The beach was perfect and grilling on the patio was excellent. The accommodations were just as expected and we would definitely recommend this to friends. We hope to come back. Thank you for letting us stay at your place

We found the location easy to get to from every direction. We visited every where from Solana Beach to Point Loma with no delays. Very nice, comfortable property. Only challenge wS parking, when lot was full.

You can get any closer to the beach than with this property. Its on the bay so its great for small kids who arent ready for the waves of the ocean side just yet. There are a handful of restaurants and stores about a 5 minute walk away that were all great. Fred the property manager is easy to work with and is quick to respond if you have any questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We had so much fun staying at this beautiful condo right on the bay. We loved waking up and looking out and the water and our daily walks around the bay. Such a perfect spot! Can’t wait to come back!

Great location - close to all of our attractions and spacious for our group. Beds were comfy, and we appreciated the fans provided. I wish there was a TV in the main bedroom though! The livng room TV was close to the 2nd bedroom, which only had an accordion door. The TV was too close to the person in the 2nd bedroom.

This was a low stress, highly functional space for a family. Lots of room for people to have their own space, but also has a great gathering space. The view and beach access was amazing and wonderful for the kids. Everything was clean and all amenities provided. Check in was exactly as described. Thank you- we will be back!

Roomy, clean with a great view. Felt safe and liked that the place was furnished with dishes, toilet, paper, extra blankets etc. Really were able to make ourselves at home.

This property was perfect for our family vacation. I went with my 5 kids ages 11-4 and this was a perfect set up to enjoy the beach. They had plenty of beach toys, chairs and towels. We inflated a couple of twin mattress provided to give everyone there own bed. The owner/ manager was very responsive to a couple things needed when I arrived. I would say be warned how warm the house can be till you get everything opened up and ocean air blowing through. We arrived at 3:30 and the sun was coming in on the house and it was shockingly hot stepping into the house. It was fine once we got it opened up and the sun moved and fans going- but it was a shock for us at first.

Great location! It's easy to walk out to the water and the view from the condo has amazing sunsets.

Perfect condo for our family! Well stocked, on the bay and so close to the beach. Fred was helpful and efficient with good communication.. Would highly recommend for a peaceful vacation with lots to do so close by if you choose to.

My in laws, my husband and I and our 2 boys (ages 1 and 2) just returned from our beach vacation. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and choice in condo/location. Below I have listed my pros and cons for this vrbo condo Pros -the bay/Beach that is in front of you is really great for little kids---calm, not crowded, steps away. -there was plenty of Beach toys and towels - patio is nice for enjoying meals, coffee, wine-- with views. - owner was quick to respond to any questions (including having new washing machine purchased and installed within hours of old one breaking) - quiet area/complex - 2 restaurants and a coffee shop 2 blocks away. - paddle boards! Cons - there's a code you need to have/remember for everything. The dumpster, front door, gate to enter and exit to Beach. Understand the purpose but can be kinda annoying. - there was only 1 TV not 2. No bedrooms have TV. - the complex has very high smell of Marijuana. I'm not sure if it's someone who was just renting another unit or a permanent resident but it was pretty strong. - 20 or more steps down/up to Beach level. A little difficult for older in laws. I would rent here again mainly based off of location to bay/Beach and owners response and upkeep of property.

Our second stay at this property and would go again. Location is right on the beach and just a few minutes from whatever you would like to do.

We fully enjoyed our stay here! Clean, bright, excellent view from multiple windows. Parking included. Private, quiet beach area. Loved it!!

Great family trip enjoying everything San Diego offers. This location has the advantage of beachfront access and close to Old Town, Gaslamp, Zoo, and La Jolla. If you are a runner, walker, skater, the boardwalk in front is great for exploring Mission Bay and Beach. And if you just like to chill, the deck and patio allows for gorgeous sunsets and people watching. We will be back!

What we love: -Amazing views, you can watch the sunset from the living room and the dining area, and you can watch the sunrise within a short (15 mins) walk. -Good location, very convenient; within 15-20 mins drive from all the things that we wanted to do. -Amenities are reasonably good. Beds are comfortable and linens are clean. -The owner/property manager is friendly and very responsive. Good communication with the property manager prior and after check in. What could be improved: - One of the bathroom definately needs to be fixed up, the tile/ linoleum peeled off badly in the shower area so it looks dirty. - Some cleaning stuffs such as glass cleaner/windex, floor sweeper... should be available. - Some of the wall art pieces should be better secured. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Totally loved our time at this rental. We did get in early and they let us rest on the patio until check out time. Thank you to the lady cleaning the room for giving us a ride to the grocery store!!!! Condo was very comfortable and clean. The furniture is more updated than the pictures show and we loved the location. Thank you again!!!

Well worth the price. Gorgeous condo on the beach. We live in Vegas and will never stay anywhere else again when visiting San Diego. A five star property!!!
