Very clean, friendly staff. The gentalman at the bar was extremely lovely and helpful I did not catch his name but he worked on Sunday afternoon the 11th of February and he was extremely helpful.

Everything about this place is amazing, the very modern carefully designed rooms, with the attentive staff and the exquisite food. This is a place that I always return while in Cluj. Don’t forget to check out the rooftop restaurant, the view is breathtaking and the food is out of this world. Thank you VIBRE.

Hotelul este o surpriza placuta,cu siguranta este cel mai bun hotel din Cluj. Design interior de bun gust si foarte prietenos,cromatica spectaculoasa,foarte bine armonizat totul.Staff-ul foarte bine instruit si foarte serviabil. Restaurantul foarte bun,atat ca amenajare si concept,cat si bucataria.

Preturile exagerate in restaurant - 90 lei un snitel :) si limitarea in care poti sta acolo caci altcineva iti va ocupa masa...

Totul este la superlativ, de la designul interior extrem armonios si de bine gandit, calitatea de lux a materialelor si a moblierului, pana la amabilitatea personalului, bucataria exceptionala si ambianta extrem de placuta. High class in toate privintele!

I liked everything about this hotel, especially since everything is new and very luxurious!🤗The bed was really comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, the staff were really nice. The controls in the room are high-tech, but it was not hard to figure all out. C’est la vie restaurant is AMAZING! The food was great, the food was excellent and the views at sunset are breathtaking!

Ultra modern si de bun gust. Pentru iubitorii de tehnologie, lux si inovatie. Multe facilitati, super moc dejun, iar restaurantul aflat la ultimul etaj, roof top, face diferenta fata de orice alt hotel am incercat in Cluj. Curatenia, linistea si confortul fac din sejur o experienta de 5 stele plus. Recomand cu drag!

Not professional management. Loud music from restaurant entire night. Could not sleep properly. Explained that it was a private party, so just your problem. Room service was closed, we ordered delivery. They took an order and kept at reception, as explained you cannot bring your own food. But the rooms service is closed. What a pathetic management. No one returned, regarding ruined night. This is just a 3 or 4 star hotel with somewhat 5 star design. Don't expect anything from service

Excellent service from everyone from the staff. The hotel is brand new, extremely comfortable & the fully digital rooms are a very nice touch!

The restaurant was closed on the 2nd of January - not a big deal but a bit of an inconvenience as everything else was closed in the city - luckily they had a couple of snacks in the minibar.

Hotelul este superb, super tehnologizat, mi-a depasit asteptarile. Hotelul este la 15 minute de mers pe jos de centru.Micul dejun este foarte bun. Personalul (cu mici exceptii) este de nota 10. As da bucuroasa nota 10, dar...

Am ceva de comentat la capitolul curatenie. Am stat patru zile si mi s-a ridicat gunoiul o singura data. Am cerut expres curatenie in camera si mi s-a facut doar patul, si s-a ridicat gunoiul. Menajerele pe care le-am vazut (ucrainence), nu vorbesc romaneste, si nici cu engleza nu prea se straduiesc, pe langa faptul ca nu saluta, nu fac curatenie cum ar trebui, nu inlocuiesc consumabilele in camera, nu ridica gunoiul mereu, nu schimba prosoapele. Am tinut sa mentionez acest lucru, pentru ca acest aspect este in totala disonanta cu restul.

Comfortabele en schone kamers. Prima ontbijt. In het restaurant op de bovenste verdieping kan je voortreffelijk eten, echt een aanrader! Beter is er in de omgeving niet te vinden

New luxury boutique hotel in Cluj (near the city centre). Very well designed in every aspect, super friendly and engaging staff, who want your stay to be exceptional. I booked a premium suite and was gorgeous.

It is a brand new hotel, so there are teething problems... I will be objective with my feedback: 1) Did not clean our room for 1 day 2) Heating (underfloor) only worked in the bathroom, rest of room was very cold when the temperature dropped in one of the evenings 3) Disappointing to see that they allow smoking in their roof top restaurant. I understand it is classed as a terrace but during winter time will be sealed, so it will be very smoky! We experienced during dinner, a lot of smokers. My view, if you plug a place luxury, high quality food etc... you cannot permit this. You have to stick with your concept instead of trying to satisfy everybody. There is an easy fix... smokers to smoke on the balcony, just add some heaters!

E foarte frumos si modern, pozitionat foarte bine.

Când totul este nou este foarte plăcut și confortabil. Este un hotel cu dotări foarte moderne, păcat că personalul nu este bine organizat.

- nu am avut săpun la baie. După ce ni s-a adus săpun, cand sa fac duș am constatat că nu avem gel de duș... au venit spoi și cu gelul de duș; - La o oră după ce am întrat în cameră a venit un băiat care ne-a spus ca trebuie sa pună planul de evacuare pe ușă... La 5 stele nu se face asa ceva!

Very nice, modern, hi tech hotel, very qualitative rooms and beds, underground parking. We arrived rather late in the evening and we met with 3 nice very detailed attentive ladies, who explained everything briefly and showed us to our room.

First time in my life I left hotel without actual payment though I was sure I had done in the evening of our arrival. The guy at the reception was very “shaky” and could not find some some number/papers. I gave him my payment slip and he said it was ok, settled andwe could go. Next day I got a message through booking.com that we left the hotel and did not pay. I knew that it was not my fault, but felt rather awkward. Maybe they put super attractive staff in the night shifts and softly speaking not very attentive in the morning shifts…🤔

Food was good.

Chaos, room not done in 2 days, no hot water even if I asked for this to be fixed. A huge amount of money invested there but zero into hiring a horeca consultant.
