It was clean, spacious for the cost, and very close to public transportation.

Roach infested, dirty sheets Heat does not work broken sofa bed upon arrival poor communication, property manager blocked me, did not receive my incidental fee back or my money because I only stayed for a couple of hours, trying to find another place to stay while on the phone with booking customer service.

The apartment was small, clean & cute.

The property owner requested $250 for incidentals & damages. They stated I would have my funds returned 72 hours after I checked out. Today makes one week. I have emailed the property owner and have not received a response “crickets”! There were no damages, in fact I cleaned up the apartment and left it in good condition. In addition, I paid a cleaning fee up front. Ooh one more thing, no Wi-Fi- I emailed the property about Wi-Fi and no response “crickets”!. All I am saying is be weary of this property owner. Now, I have to spend time fighting for my $250 deposit- because they will not keep it. It’s not theirs to keep. Because that would lead me to believe they are crocks!
