The breakfast was great but we waited nearly an hour for and wasn't told that their was no bubble and squek left it was only when breakfast arrived and I asked abt it we were told it seemed that the staff were more concerned getting delivery's ready than the meals for customers actually seated and waiting for their breakfast .and another is customers were coming in and sitting down only to be told only hotel guest would be served maybe put a notice on door or in window

Tell customers what you do have and what you don't also tell customers it could be a while before it's ready because your short staffed and look after the customers in your cafe before the delivery's because their were a few that wasn't happy having to wait an hour and may let non hotel guest know that it is hotel guest only

On the corner of a very busy so traffic was a bit load with the window open on a warm night We’re both small but even we had to mind our heads in Room 17 at the top of the hotel Not much of a choice in the cafe they use for breakfast- fry up is not everyone’s idea of breakfast…

Gerade erst seit 3 Wochen geöffnet. Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet. Wird gerade liebevoll renoviert, ist im unteren Bereich noch nicht ganz fertig. Restaurant wird im September eröffnet.

The room was lovely, although right above the road and noisy bikers at night. Obviously not in the control of the hotel. We loved being close to the seafront and Eastbourne Harbour. Breakfast in the diner was good. Service throughout very good. We wish you all the best with your continued renovation of the business.

Didn’t realise until I turned up that the hotel has only recently been purchased and undergoing refurbishments. The bedrooms have been done really nicely, they are currently working on the outside but the downstairs has not started yet. The staff there are amazing, they can’t help you enough and very accommodating.

Would have been nice to have relaxed and eaten with a drink onsite too, but hopefully will be able to on my next visit.

Een wat kleine krappe 1 persoons kamer voor lang persoon.

Vinny was warm and welcoming. The room was spotless and quiet and location excellent. Had a great breakfast the next morning too.
