Well furnished and clean. Heating was very efficient

The property was really well equipped. Everything you could possibly need while staying was provided. Decoration was very smart. Kerie was very helpful, and responded to messages very quickly.
The double bed was far too hard. The fridge door needs to be hung the other way, to make it easier to get into

Ideal location, good facilities, lovely welcome hamper. Very comfortable and homely. Lots of bedding provided, modern bathroom with a good shower.
I didn’t realise the pull out bed was in the hallway (by the front door) The light meant sleeping in it was difficult. The brochures were out of date. It was not spotlessly clean, some of the decor was tired/incomplete. For example, there were coffee stains on the wall. The blinds in the second bedroom appeared broken.

The hosts had clearly thought of everything that you could possibly need
The kitchen tap was broken and water spurted everywhere. I contacted the owner to report but never heard back. Half of the tap fell off

The property is beautifully presented, bright and clean. There is a drive way that even my narrow boat of an estate car can fit onto, just be careful of the narrow gates. The back garden is fully enclosed and perfect for dogs. In the summer it would be a lovely place for drinks/ BBQ, the solar lights are also a nice touch. Proximity to the beach, shops & Sizzler pub is perfect especially with young children. Rhyl is also a 10 minute drive away.
The property has great facilities with a livingroom/diningroom/ kitchen. The washer/dryer came in handy to dry off wet clothes after a run around the beach. The bedrooms are lovely and had super comfy fresh bedding. The extra little touches were amazing, toiletries, welcome basket & dog treat jar were so nice. Also to note that the internet was super fast and reliable which is rare in a rental property.
The host is attentive and prompt with replies and there were no issues at all to bring up.

Bungalow was beautifully presented. Perfectly clean and uncluttered. Everything was provided that we could possibly need. Welcome basket was a lovely touch, especially as we were only staying 1 night.

Property has been completely refurbished to a high standard, with lovely modern decor and furnishings. Very spacious inside. Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable sofa, chairs & bed. Very private garden, not overlooked with patio set & benches. Quiet neighbourhood. Close proximity to beautiful Frith beach where you can watch the sunset & lovely walk to Central beach. Also, pub serving nice food and other takeaways just round the corner. Great communication with owner & welcome pack was a lovely surprise. Hotel toiletries provided. Everything you could need. Short drive to Co-op/Spar,
Retail Park & Rhyl Seaquarium.

The property is pristine - nothing not to like! Exactly as pictured. Loved the little basket of goodies, that was such a lovely touch. Perfectly secure garden for the dog and we both had a great nights sleep. Amenities and beautiful beaches within walking distance. We are already looking at booking again for early next year!

Beautiful property. Everything we needed for our break. Lovely welcome note and very fur baby friendly. We visit family who live around the corner so a perfect location for us. Hopefully we'll be back soon.

There was a lovely basket of teas, coffee and treats waiting for us in the well appointed kitchen. The home was very spacious and spotless. There was a huge living room and separate dining area. It was just a few minutes walk to the beach or to the bus stop. We had a rental car with us and appreciated the gated drive. The main bedroom had beautiful, plush linens and there was even a very large foyer surrounded by large windows, a place to hang coats and a sofa to sit and slip on shoes or just wait in the sunshine for the rest of the family to get ready to go. It was a lovely place to spend a couple of nights.
I was counting on a hair dryer, but never found one. That is the only thing I missed.

The house was clean and beautifully done up. Kieren the host was so accommodating in all ways and even left all basics for us to use!
The location is great within a really tranquil area and within easy access to the coast area.
Highly recommended for a relaxing break!

The property is so lovely, homely and clean. Everything’s been thought of and it’s really like a home from home but even better. We have young children and it was so good to have a lovely home to stay in. The beds are exceptionally comfy and we loved the chairs, very cosy! We really appreciated how lovely and approachable the hosts are too. We will be booking again.
