The unit was in Lincoln NH

Unit smelt of a moldy cellar. Called Vacasa to try to remedy this at 5pm when I checked in. They just kept sending generic response emails. They didn't do anything until I had an asthma attack due to the mold and told them that this was affecting my health. Even after that they took a few more hours to tell me they could refund my money in 5 to 7 business days because they had no other place for my family which includes 3 small children. So we had to scramble to find another place to go at midnight on a Friday night. Very frustrating.
