extra comforters & blankets would help for extra guest. We had 1 extra guest who has to sleep on the sofa without any blanket.

the room is spacious, got 2 queen bed with one sofa bed, confy for me and husband with 2 kids

collect the key from one of the mart near by, we need to drop somewhere near by to get the key, quit troublesome, much easy if they just put near letter box or safety locker at the apartment

The bathroom is not clean at all , toilet sitting is dirty the holder for the shower is dirty . I have pay for cleaning fees so what is the point the other previous person also must paid for cleaning . And the master bedroom toilet gt leaking and the floor is watery .

One of the lights in the toilet not functioning. Worse, I left my phone charger in the unit (my fault), but customer service was bad. I called to ask, they said they would get back to me, but never did. Disappointed that you can't even do that.

The place is a little old. And floors are dusty. Bed is also old. And it seems our main door will be unlocked every morning with no reason. We ensured that we locked the door at night. But next morning, it will be unlocked again. Carpark is dark. If you go during holidays, the traffic will be bad and it will take longer to reach shopping malls

Window in one bedroom wasn’t able to close.

Finally an apartment homestay provider in JB who don't bug you with deposits etc before giving us the details to check in. Very straight forward providers and easy to collect and return key at the office . Easy access to the apartment. Parking given. Extra cars can park by the road side. Its quite busy area. Lots of makan place opposite and beside the apartment. And the beach area is beside the apartment. Spectacular view and huge apartment. Children loved it. Basic stuffs are available.

Heater not hot enough. Also Would be good to provide a microwave.

Good location with plenty of eateries nearby.. huge swimming pool (strict dresscode), breezy as its near the sea.. apartment was huge with good interior designing..

Our apartment doorlock had issues, had to leave door unlocked when we went out for dinner.. hot shower wasnt functioning in one of the toilet.. lacked in terms of cleanliness.. parking space allocated for us had pipe leaking from the ceiling.. already infrom staff incharge hope necessary actions will be taken..

I like the location is near to beach,so many food stall around and many more ☺️

Both Toilet got bad smell especily near drain area, Bed sheet got stains.

We were supposed to stay in the apartment, but the management did not give us the pin number for the door to the unit. So we had to stay outside to figure out what to do next and end up we had to book another place for us to stay. Only the next morning the management replied us and told us that they had forgotten to give us the pin number door for the unit.

Concise check-in/out instruction and prompt response from Qyla. Rooms are cleanly maintained.

It’s happening location and spacious clean house.

Bathroom door mats. Cheep plastic door mat was provided which cannot absorb water and whole place gets wet and it’s slippery. It was so irritating and make me not to use bathroom. Another thing is apartment entrances. First time I have seen a entrance like that walking through the carpark.
