Very nice property. New and efficient. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Otherwise a good hotel, but not recommended for allergic people because of the dogs.

The room was fine, but I paid extra for a 'water view'...don't bother! If you stood at the far right side of the window and looked far left, you could see the water. There are other hotels in town with better settings and view. The hot tub was not hot and not tolerable. The USB outlets on the lamp did not work. Add to this the guest disturbance in the hallway at 5 am. There was credit because the reservation was made through Hotels instead of directly with the hotel. I would not stay there again.

Overall it was a very nice stay. Stayed in studio,so we had a lot of room. Pleasantly decorated. Plenty of drawers, kitchen including utensils and such. Downside was there were no shower gel, shampoo or conditioner. Mechanized window shade broke and part of the plastic valance broke off and hit me. No weekend maintenance personnel to fix it. This left us with no blackout shade for sleeping.

Wonderful stay, we’ve stayed at Home2 Suites a few time and this location was just as great. This is one of our go to hotels when we travel. Lake Havasu is a fun place will return again.

Loved our stay here! The front desk clerk was so sweet and ver kind. She allowed us to check in over the phone since we were have car issues and would be in late. Rooms were clean and very comfortable! Complimentary breakfast was delicious! Thank you for great service!

Kimberly was exceptionally good and compassionate since we were there due to our mom’s passing.
This is the second time we’ve stayed there and will be back 11/30-12/3 for her celebration of life.

This place was clean, easy to access from the highway, and the staff was friendly. I’d definitely stay here again.
Also, the air conditioner kept the room nice and cool (which is a must-have for Havasu!)

Hotel was super nice. My only problem that I have it was not clean at all I went to the store to get cleaning supply because on the bathroom, I found a lot of hair and it smells really bad. I really think they should check the room before they give it to a customer other than that I have no complain. The food was really delicious and the front desk She was really nice.

The fridge was not clean. it smelled and had a small tomato e in drawer of fridge. something think garbage disposal smelled too. we could see marks on our door dont know what that was. thw room made us feel like it was just not clean because of this.

The boat parking lot had passenger cars parked in the boat parking. We had no place to park. We stayed with you because you had boat parking, will need to consider staying with you next time
