Everything was great from check in to check out. Breakfast was delicious and refilled frequently.

Looks and feels new and clean. High quality, high value for the money. Quiet. Was able to get a good rest. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Booked same day and when I arrived they said my room was not available so I was downgraded. Stated I was going to get the difference back. Did not get a receipt so I am not sure if this actually happened. Room smelled like a dog, bathroom sink was dirty and found hairs in one of the beds. Clearly didn’t change the sheets. There was no conditioner in the shower and found another hair in a towel. Very disappointed.

This seems like a new hotel and it was A very clean and comfortable. Breakfast included hot and cold items, and was very good. Nice pool and gym. Check in was easy. Would recommend to anyone staying in that area.

Very nice stay except for the boiler acting up. It was next to my room and made a terrible noise. They had to shut it off finally. Also no towels at the pool. Otherwise excellent. Lovely helpful staff

Easy to get to. Staff was freindly. Breakfast was good. Room needed TLC. Bathroom door handle missing on inside. Shower door handle loose. 2 dispenser in bathroom coming of the wall.

The property was just okay, fine for a short trip. Did not have enough towels for all guests or safes in the room, and the cleaning staff was really strange (coming into the rooms uninvited to take towels without replacing them). Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating and generally the hotel was clean and new! 24/7 coffee was great.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Reception area was very welcoming and the breakfast was very good. Sometimes the front desk personnel were not always available or I would have to wait for someone to come to the desk

The GM was fabulous. Asked for input on our stay and was very receptive to our response.
Breakfast was amazing, it had enough variety for 3 picky kids.
We will definitely stay here again when in the area!

The problem that I had was that the room was for 2 people and there was only 1 chair. The beds were so high that I had trouble getting in and out. They were not comfortable to sit on. We were given only 1 bath towel to share for a 2 day stay. The breakfast was very good.

Room was very good. Great bathroom. Breakfast was above average. Only issue was fire alarm went off at 7AM and woke the whole place up. Wish there were more dining options close by too.

No problems at all. Great location...out of the way (office complex area so no traffic to deal with) but within easy driving distance of anything needed. Clean (newer building), comfortable and breakfast was just fine. Would stay again if ever in the Detroit area. Does *everybody* drive just as fast as they can in Detroit?!

I had rented an electric car, so i was very happy to see the hotel had two free electric chargers that fit my car. I was the only person using a charger during the three days that i was there.
The hotel, itself, was very clean and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. The digital tv came with Netflix, so I was able to use my account with it. There were no visible HDMI ports for me to attach a streaming device. I would definitely stay there again.

Very new and clean. My only complaints are that the fridge in our room was not yet on when we arrived and there isn't a way to have just the fan run on the A/C unit. Also, our blinds got stuck closed.

The staff at this hotel easily exceed a 5 star review. We hosted a business meeting, which included breakfast and lunch. The sales department knocked it out of the park! Their attention to detail helped the event go extremely smooth and I couldn't have asked for better service.
As for my room, I stayed the night before the event. Check-in staff was welcoming and the room was clean.

I was made to feel very welcome upon checkin and enjoyed the convenience of this hotel. It is less than a year old, so very new, well maintained and very comfortable bed. I would recommend this property without hesitation.
