The location for my needs was good.

The bathroom floor was very dirty, the wall paper was coming off the walls, and the pillows were flat. I called the desk for additional or exchange the pillows, I was told the hotel didn’t have any extra I needed to use what was in the room. I asked for additional towels (after I cleaned the bathroom floor) and was told the hotel did not have any at that time I would need to wait until the morning to have them exchanged. We didn’t receive ANY housekeeping until I called and the manager hung up on me. I was asking for fresh towels and trash to be emptied. I had to go to the front desk and I was told the manager was not available. I asked housekeepers for coffee pods for day 2 of my stay- she told me there wasn’t any available.

The breakfast in the morning and the indoor swimming pool.

I did like the breakfast 👍🏽, even tho they charged me for it. When is was supposed to come with the room.!

Toilet was clogged & they did even change our room. They also said they would charge me the same price for staying another night due to the weather & our power was out. They didn’t & charge me extra then the booking price! Wifi was not connecting!

Clean Room on arrival.

Coffee and cups were both not replaced in our room after the initial day. I asked twice about coffee for our room. Never replaced. A constant smell of Marijuana in the elevators and on our floor. This is a smoke free facility. I guess Marijuana is not considered smoking.

Everything was perfect amazing staff friendly and kind room was clean breakfast was amazing
