Nothing it was dirty and would not be booking again and would not recommend it

The best I could say about this property was that it was a bed out of the elements. The fridge and microwave in the room were also welcome.

The place was new to listing but everything appeared to have been done on the cheap. The shower door fell off as soon as I tried to move it. The curtain pole was hanging off the wall on one side. It advertised that there was a flat screen TV but it was not mentioned that you could not actually get any free to air channels BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Ch4 & Ch5. This is the least you would expect if a room is advertised as having a TV. There was no mirror in the bathroom. Mould appearing in the bathroom. You could feel every spring in the mattress. It was so uncomfortable. No hangers in a wardrobe that didn't shut properly.

It was nice, clean and tidy.

Good location free parking.

This room is part of a flat it has a shared entrance and it smells bad. If you like noise then this is the place for you the permanent tenants in the flat next door and above were noisy throughout the night. We returned from a day out and couldn't get in the front door as the tenant had left the inner cupboard door open which stopped the front door from opening. I had to bang the door very loudly for several minutes before the tenant came and closed the cupboard door and opened the front door. The boyfriend of the tenant in the flat woke us at 5am one morning shouting her name. In the room the bed was a cheap small double bed and you could feel the springs in mattress. The curtain rail was hanging down on one side as there is a screw missing. The TV still has plastic wrapping around the outside of the screen. I booked this room for two but they only provided one bath towel and one hand towel. The room didn't smell good. The extractor fan in the shower room doesn't work. The shower drainage is blocked and so the water drains away very slowly and therefore you are standing in an inch of water all the time and there was no mirror above the sink in the shower room.
