The exceptional cleanliness of the room. It had a good lock with a similar one to the corridor. The overall finish of the whole property was done extremely well. Welcoming but not for anyone who is disabled in any way. The water was hot and plentiful, and the heating was warm and cosy .

It was a shared flat that we were not expecting. A shared bathroom was a bit difficult to cope with. The steps up were Very steep. I needed help so it wasn't easy for me to climb them.. The sheets and quilt topper were very creased.Towels were the same. But they were very clean and cotton. The kitchen was also shared and was not kept clean. There was not enough crockery we could use. I felt uncomfortable in this environment.. We had problems gaining entry as we had to wait for the owner. Some of these are minor but the property is not for you if you are disabled.

It was all very clean and nice apart from you had to pay for parking and didn't know someone in the next room had to come through mine to get to his and had to share bathroom and kitchen, was unsettling to find out the door had been unlocked and left unlockedand someone had been in your room, whilst we was out, nothing stolen though and guy was very polite but wasn't told this, there was also a clothes horse with clothes and towels on in the kitchen, took alot of room up, kitchen bin was full, had to wait to use the bathroom in the morning and was rushing to get to our car before we got a ticket, good WiFi and Netflix but everything else was great.
