I really had a great time at this property. Only thing I had issue with is that only hot water was coming out of tap in wash basin, when I tried to move right in the cold water direction, it was getting turned off. Rest of the things are pretty good. It would have been amazing if the rooms had a balcony but they have few common balconies on each floor, so that’s fine.

I booked this hotel for my friends and I to hang out in for a few hours before our flight. It was listed on hotels.com as 4 stars but I’m not entirely sure what that means. This hotel was very misleading from their photos. Luckily we were only charging our devices before our flight and sitting around. I would not want to use the shower or sleep there. The walls were very thin, the shower was pretty gross, and the fitness center was a joke. The pool was also very old and needed updating. The security staff and the man who brought our bags to the room were very nice as were the restaurant staff. We were charged an additional 1,000 rupees for having a third person wait in our room for more than an hour. Even though they didn’t offer a cot for him to sit on our an additional device for the WiFi. We ended up just sitting on the bed watching tv that frequently went out and the controller didn’t control the volume to the tv. I would not recommend this hotel to any westerners as is it similar to a 1 star hotel in the states.

Especially, Mr. Dharmendra and Ms. Priyanka has served and taking a feedbace everyday.Rooms are clean and hygine properly.food is also good. hotel invironment is very nice.

I felt home. The service I received was amazing. Staffs were very friendly. I enjoyed breakfast, dinner and the young guys serving with gratitude. The price for the service, accommodation, and meal was very decent and affordable. I would love to stay again.

Overall its a nice stay. except one thing they have only one beer brand.
If they had some imported beer in stock to serve it would be fantastic.

It was amazing that Anil was able to recall my personal breakfast preferences after just one meeting. The rooms are clean and the staff do their utmost to make ones stay enjoyable.

It was ok, it was not something I expected. Probably it is a good hotel for local people but for a foreigner it is not a hotel to return back even the staff is friendly.

The staff were friendly but one or two individual at the reception were very good in helping out with issues surrounding your stay or were very helpful with any help needed but I had a few problems with it being in an industrialL place and no Hot water in the morning and when you ring the reception they are very slow or not bothered to fix it but overall my stay was good enough and I would rate it a 3 star hotel

it was a very nice experience staying at peppermint west, have traveled to a lot of places but this was a nice stay. The staff on arriVal was very welcoming and warm.
I drove all the way from Jaipur was very tired but thanks to expedia and the staff at peppermint the checkin was quick. The room service also was good and food was up to the mark

After an indifferent start I had a great weekend at the Peppermint Hotel. The evening buffet was excellent the breakfast adequate.The pool was small but as I was only one using it no problem.
Area was not great but if you just want to chill out Hotel is perfect and excellent value.

Extremely poor experience. Bed linen and towels had stains on them at check-in. Condition of the lobby was dismal at best. Staff was extremely inefficient. For eg : it took 4 hours and 5 calls to get an ash tray to my room! Bathroom shower area leaked and caused a puddle in the entire bathroom. Shower floor area extremely dirty upon check-in. There are much better options in gurgaon at the same price. Try Lemon Tree or any of the Sarovar hotels. This must be avoided at any cost!
