The location of the villa is absolutely stunning the sea views & the sunsets were amazing

There is only one thing I didn’t like about it, it’s not private enough at the end of the garden is a rock near Es Forti that is constantly viewed all day by visitors

The view of this property is probably one of the best you can get in Cala D'or. You have the harbour on your left and the open sea at your right. Located right at the waterfront you can enjoy silence and sound of waves on a rock just in front of the house. The house provides lots of space and rooms and also several bathrooms - and has a large pool cleaned with salt filter, which is I think much better than chlorine. The house management and cleaning ladies do a good job

The house is for sale. I guess thats the reason why everything in the house seems very old and used. The cleaning ladies do an excellent job by keeping the house clean, but still there is not much they can do beyond that. Barely any furniture, and that in place is very old and used. No toys for the kids or the pool, no nice interieur to make comfortable. Kitchen is very old, provides all required though.
