The pictures advertised looked great. Bud the actual stay was bad

The room smelt like old sigaret smoke. No towel rails, no side curtains. The closet was broken. Bar fridge cabinet was rotted. Overall just nit a nice place toe stay. Nod refund was offers!!!

We hated staying here.

Horrible stay, our booking was moved to another Amoris guest house in Brooklyn Pretoria. The sheets and pillows had stains on them, no aircon or mini fridge in the room. No generator. The place just was not up to standards.

There was nothing to like except for the location.

Bed Bugs, I hardly slept a wink. There was no extra bedding. Plugs in room were not working properly. No remote for the TV. Aircon was not working. Dust all over the furniture

Lovely rooms, clean soft linen and privacy is such a bonus. It's peaceful and quiet not being bothered by staff or any such. Staff was extremely helpful with check in and it went very smoothly.

The microwave and kettle were plugged on the floor, no stand or anything. We also couldn't get anything to drink and the kids play area is not well maintained

The booking said there is free breakfast but when i get there the receptionist said i should pay R150 per person if i wil need breakfast and the pool was very dirty and the surrounding was dirty aswell....pool chairs broken.

The area and building were nice.

We booked the place but, when we got there, they told us it was fully booked and moved us somewhere else. The beds were uncomfortable, and my back was painful the next day.

1. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfy. 2. Nice view from the balcony. 3. Bathroom is big and spacious.

1.There was no water yet they were watering the grass, had to check out without showering😔. 2.The is no back up power, didn't even provide candles 😒. 3. They first showed us dull rooms and offered a better one when we wanted to cancel. We asked if there is an upstairs room available and they said no yet one was suddenly unoccupied when we opted to cancel🤔 4. Pool was not clean. 5. Freezer door needs to be repaired. 6. Kitchen looks unclean. 7. Receptionist had no smile whatsoever.

I made a booking for 3 rooms at the guesthouse in Waterkloof Ridge, which was confirmed by the host. On arrival, I was told that we need to go to the guesthouse in Brooklyn. Later received a call from Waterkloof Ridge to ask when are we checking in??? In Brooklyn, the staff was friendly and helpful, but the rooms are not in good condition. The shower head fell off while having a shower.

I did not like the fact that I had confirmation of the booking, but then told to go to Brooklyn. When looking at the website, I can see that Waterkloof Ridge is in a better condition. Even has aircon in the rooms.

Do not book at this place they will accept your booking and when you arrive they will say they a fully booked lie to you about moving you to a similar/better place only to be sent to the abosute opposite qnd charge you the very same amount for a crappy place..... such a scam

We were not able to get a room therefore transferred to another guest house meanwhile we booked in time.

The Guesthouse is located in the affluent area of Waterkloof and the fact that it's close to the Freeways. I slept well and the place was quiet. The staff was friendly and respectful. In general, my stay was splendid.

I wish the TV was a smart one.

Location was great. Room was clean. Free Wifi.

Room was functional but no spoons for coffee. Powder milk was old and crusty. Dustbin broken. Duvet torn. Basin cold water tap not working. I was specifically looking for a bed and breakfast...all I was told is that their Chef isnt there so no breakfast available.
