We recently stayed at this stunning villa in Val de lobo and had an absolutely wonderful time. The villa exceeded all our expectations.
From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the fact the villa is centrally located in the golf course which was stunning. The exterior of the villa is sleek and modern, perfectly complementing its luxurious amenities.
Inside, the villa is spacious, airy, and impeccably decorated. Each room had a perfect blend of elegance and coziness. The living areas are comfortable and inviting, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time together.
The villa is also exceptionally well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, from modern appliances to an array of cookware and utensils. We especially enjoyed the outdoor dining area, which was perfect for al fresco meals.
The bedrooms were another highlight, each one offering cool bedding and ample storage space. The bathrooms were equally good with plenty of towels and a hair dryer and space, they do get a little smelly on warm days but this seems to be the norm abroad.
One of our favorite features was the private pool, which was well-maintained and offered a refreshing escape from the warm Portuguese sun. There were enough sun loungers and parasols for shade, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and fun.
We also want to thank our host, Kate, who was incredibly informative and helpful. She quickly responded quickly to an issue we had.caused ourselves.

My family and I stayed at Kate’s house for over a month in the Easter holidays. The home was perfect for us, all the modern amenities you need, very spacious, nice bedrooms and bathrooms, and great for families, especially ours with our toddlers. The pool area has sun all day. Very close drive to beach, restaurants, shopping, and water park. Can’t recommend it enough! We loved it. Will be back x

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely villa, set in a quiet location but close to a supermarket, the beach and restaurants. Great that there are so many places to sit out on the different terraces. The pool was a great size for us with a toddler and the huge parasols were ideal! The host couldn’t have been more helpful and would highly recommend this villa. Thank you!

We had a brilliant stay at Kates villa. It was the perfect spot for us. Myself 61 with my 3 sons (2 of which had their partners with them) so the bedrooms split over the 3 floors worked well that everyone had their own space and werent all on top of each while the middle floor offered a great space to relax and enjoy. With access to an amazing bbq area and a patio with pool area that got the sun all day.
Place was spotlessly clean and the maid service was great for a refresh halfway through the trip. Close to supermarket and the kitchen was so well stocked with anything you need.
Will definitely stay again if in Val do Lobo.

We are a family of 5 (my daughters are 9, 7 and 5). We chose this villa as it seemed to have a lot of space and boy was that right! 4 large double bedrooms (two king and two twins) and 3 had en-suites. There are 4 terraces so perfect to escape the sun if needed. The pool is small but perfect for the kids and a quick dip in the day. The location is brilliant too, about a mile from the beach and restaraunt area and a 10-15 minute walk to the supermarket. We did use Uber a lot as it was so cheap. The medical centre onsite is brilliant too, sadly we had to visit there a couple of times with two members of the family getting ear infections. But the service was fantastic. There is a local pizza place that delivers to the villa aswell which was great if we wanted to stay home in the evening. We didn’t get a chance to use the jacuzzi but the view from the roof terrace was beautiful. I can’t recommend this villa enough. The main service mid week was a treat too. The games and DVDs were a hit with the girls too. We want to book again next year but bring my folks along too as there would still be plenty of space with them there.

We were blown away with how luxurious and well equipped the villa was. From the abundance of crockery and utensils to the many books, board games and 3D DVD's which kept the children very happy.
The four terraces meant that we were not on top of each other and everyone could relax on one of the many sunbeds or outdoor seating areas.
A really great location too, with it being only a short car journey from many of the beach bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. We used Uber a lot which was not expensive at all.
Would highly recommend this villa for families as it has everything you could possibly need and the resort of Vale do Lobo has great family entertainment at the Praca during the evenings in the summer months.

We travelled as a party of 6. Two adults, our two children and their friends. The villa is very well equipped, spacious, clean and tidy. The boys spent a lot of time in the pool and the girls on the sun deck and in the jacuzzi.
As we stayed at an exceptionally hot time we decided that we wouldn’t walk to the Praça but use the resort bus. For a small fee you can use this bus to take your around the resort. We also used it to take us to Julia’s beach where we spent most of our days.
Kate was very responsive to our queries and I would not hesitate to recommend this villa.

Firstly, great location near to the entrance of the Vale do Lobo complex.
Great find, modern townhouse villa with 4 bedrooms all en suite. Great lounge with UK TV including sky sports enabling me to watch the closing stages of the Open. 3 areas to sunbath, a roof terrace with jacuzzi, a very large patio with the master bedroom and the area outside the lounge with the plunge pool.
30 minute walk to the Praca complex of restaurants and coktail bars, or €3~4 by Uber.
15 minute walk to the Golf course and clubhouse. There is a supermarket also by the entrance.

Staying at Kate’s villas has been been a wonderful experience. We’ve stayed in lots of villas in and around Vale do Lobo and other countries and I have to say that this was by far the most modern and luxurious. Everything that we needed was there. It was spacious and the decor, furniture and furnishings were well finished, clean and contemporary. There is a maid service half way through the stay and they did a fantastic job - the villa was spotless! The villa caters for both families as well as couples In particular the whole family enjoyed using the jacuzzi and my husband and I enjoyed having a morning coffee or a pre dinner drink on the spacious balcony off the master bedroom (which has very comfy and contemporary sun longers and seats). It’s in a great location in a quiet gated community and in walking distance to Parque do Golf (20 mins) and The Beach and Praca (30 mins). There is also a well stocked super market which is a 20 min walk or a short drive. All in all we loved it and will hopefully be back.

This is a really rather lovely villa in a quiet spot but yet close to many facilities, albeit I would recommend a car for getting about.
The villa is in a quiet street with the rear of the property backing on to the countryside with great views from the upper terraces and a lovely south facing pool - plenty of space for everyone.
This villa has absolutely everything you could possibly need - the kitchen is well equipped, there's a great barbecue and the bedrooms each have their own bathrooms with ample storage.
Kate, the owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any queries that I had.
Would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Just had the most amazing fortnight staying at this villa. It had everything we could ask for as a family of 8. Exceptionally spacious, ideal for us all. The pool was fantastic as was the hot tub. Any problems were sorted out immediately. The cleaner Maria was a delight everytime we saw her. Kate the owner was also fantastic to deal with from the beginning. Hopefully we will be lucky enough to return here again soon.

We arrived for one week's stay and were very impressed with the overall quality of the villa. It ticked all our boxes and our 3 children couldn't wait to go in the pool. The courtesy bus was definitely a plus for us as our youngest who is 5 is not keen on walking! The villa is as described, very spacious, well equipped and clean. All mod cons in the kitchen, very good BBQ outside which we used everyday and plenty of seating areas in the lounge.
Nice sized pool which our 7 year old spent most of the day in and which left us adults able to relax.
We felt safe and secure here with the added bonus of an alarm system which we set when we went out.

The property is ideally located and what is great each year the owners have done work and upgraded things, (not that they needed it!) It is a great spacious villa, modern and so clean.

Really lovely, clean and well priced villa in a lovely quiet location in Vale Do Lobo. We were a party of 2 families and 4 children, it made such a difference that we all had our own bedroom and private bathroom (3 of the bedrooms are en suite!) so there was enough space for us all. The children loved the pool especially the amazing selection of floats, there were plenty of DVDs, games and all the sky channels to keep them occupied in the evening. There is a lovely BBQ and terrace at the back of the house we made plenty of use of too. Plus extras you don't expect like beach towels and dishwasher! Vale do Lobo is the perfect place for a family holiday- clean, safe and loads to do. Gorgeous sandy beach, tennis, mini golf, boats- we did it all! Not to mention the praca where they welcome families, with children's menus in all the restaurants and entertainment on some of the nights. We hired a car but we also got tickets for the Vale Do Lobo courtesy bus- we just called them from the villa and they would come and pick us up and take us wherever we wanted to go- so easy! We all loved it so much, we will no doubt return.

This villa is great, I cannot recommend enough for a family with young children. Quiet spot and amazing value, spacious and comfortable villa - there were 6 adults and 1 child in our party and at no point did anyone feel like they lacked personal space.
Maid and pool cleaning service is superlative, really makes the stay more more pleasant.
You do need a car, otherwise a 20min walk to beach. Parking in Vale do Lobo is cheap and plentiful (certainly in June / early July when we were there).
Kitchen, outside dining area and BBQ are all of really high standard - again, makes the stay so much easier. And a dishwasher! Satellite TV, large fridge freezer, excellent bathrooms (and one per bedroom), hundreds of pool toys for kids, beach towels, great owners who are always available (and if not, a great agent who responded quickly to anything we needed)....I will now take these things as a given for any future holiday.
