The always hot and strong rain shower. Sizable shower area. Hotel lift (but just one) It is considered accommodative for a possible wheelchair user. (I have a handicapped parent, so I am used to evaluate all hotel stays from a handicapped point of view if I were to plan to bring my parent along in future)

There was only complimentary bottled water on the first day. NO safety grab bars in the shower (MUST HAVE) Possible slippery toilet floor due to leftover dried floor cleaner solution from room cleaning.

Hotel nuovo ma già segnato dalla maleducazione dei suoi clienti. Frequentato da turisti indiani. Raggiunto a piedi dalla stazione treni. Affacciato su una stradina commerciale, rumorosa ma non troppo Ascensore dal garage. Camera nè piccola nè grande, con bei mobili chiari, armadio, pulita, ma avevo le lenzuola stroppicciate come se ci avesse già dormito qualcuno. Bagno vivibile ma senza zanzariera. Questo albergo adotta un sistema per le colazioni che non ho assolutamente gradito: Ad una certa ora viene consegnato in stanza un pacchetto contenente un vassoio presagomato con vari scomparti contenenti ciotoline con salsine ed intigoli vari, pane e riso e altro cibo indiano. C'era anche una zuppa da mangiare col cucchiaio di legno. Stile pasto da aeroplano. Regalato alle donne delle pulizie.

Arrived at 8pm, room was not ready, someone in our room, had to wait 45 minutes. We booked this suite room because on booking.com it stated the room had a balcony, this is why we chose this room type and hotel. It didn't have a balcony. Tea bag rationed to one per day for couple to share

Breakfast not made available to me when I had informed that I would leave for rlwy stn. at 7AM. A packed breakfast should have been arranged. Did not feel good.

No restaurant /kitchen in the hotel premises.

Conveniently located. Rooms are clean.

The hotel is noisy. You can hear the honkings from the street. Breakfast was not good. Rooms are very small.

Really great location. Close to lots of good restaurants and bars. The room was a bit on the smaller side but had the essentials.. tv, tea kettle, hot water, etc. the bed was nice and the staff were incredibly helpful. We also had the included breakfast which was ample and pretty tasty.

We has only slept one night, we have nothing negative to say. it was clean the bed confortable the room was calm hotel very well located

We would have expect breakfast in a specific place and not in our room. But this is OK.
