Close to Cleveland Clinic.

The bed was not comfortable. I needed blankets since it was only one in the bed and no comforter, it was brought to me after 1 day. Also, the water pressure in the shower was very low.

It is located 3 blocks away from Cleveland Clinic and the first floor has a new supermarket with all you might need to buy. Excellent view of Cleveland Downtown from 5th floor. Team was responsive all the time and allowed us to extend our stay 2 more days due to changes on our plans for medical reasons. Apartment is new and clean. Enough space for a couple.

1) We noticed that they did not have some utensils considered essential when we travel and other properties usually have (cooking knives, can opener, strainer, pasta colander). I had to buy some and figure it out without the others, the manager lent us his personal knife for some days (very nice of him). 2) The bed had a blue blanket which always shed lints and we cleaned everyday but it was everywhere (pillows, clothes, sofa, towels) so I think it would be easier without it. 3) The bathroom extraction system (exhaust) did not work properly and even if it was off it continued starting over all day (and night!!) long, it was very noisy and we were concerned that as it never started full ( just kept like trying to start) it would get damaged. I reported it since day 1 and was told that someone would come to check it and that we should go to breakers box to turn that breaker off in the meantime. We stayed for 13 days and nobody came.

I liked the location in relation to Cleveland clinic and having a Meijer store on the ground floor was perfect. The apartment was nicely set up with almost everything I needed.

The water pressure in the shower was horrible. The parking was across the street which made it difficult to cross a busy street to get to my car. Also difficult to find a spot to park while loading and unloading my car. Ended up using the Meijer parking lot to do that but still had to walk a distance. Also had about 5” of snow while there and the parking wasn’t cleared for 2 days. On the plus side the parking was free which is unheard of.
