The location is perfect, 2mins walk from Baga Beach and Tito's Lane. There is a supermarket 1min away. Roy, the host, is very helpful. He advised on everything nearby, was flexible with a late check out, and even returned our scooty for us. We came and went from the hotel at any time of day no issue. Check in and out easy. The AC and fan are effective and kept the room cool, the fridge and TV worked. The shower had hot water and good pressure. Excellent for the price.

The mattress is extra firm, okay if you sleep on your back but a little uncomfortable on side or front. Had to go buy toilet paper on the first day for using after shattafah because we wanted to keep the towels for showering only, cultural difference.

Very near to the beach so it is walk-able distance to Baga Beach as well as Tito's lane. Friendly staff who gives importance for privacy, especially when you are a couple. Staff is supportive & very good in behavior. They respond to your request and try to comply. And for family, couple travelling to Goa, this is a safe stay i feel. Cleanliness of room and toilet is good.

This place is right next to baga beach, perfect place if you want to party night at baga beach and Tito's lane. The stay was comfy. The rooms were clean. Staff was excellent, especially the owner.

Everything is near by beach shacks, clubs, The best part of baga beach is like 2 minutes walking distance from property, you can walk in anytime that you want. Room is very clean, good location, staff is very cooperative.
