A terrific location. The building is totally renovated; all the finishes and fixtures in our room were in like-new condition.

It's hard to know how to rate this apartment hotel, which is really neither a hotel nor an apartment. Unlike a hotel, there is no on-site staff, no reception desk, nowhere to leave baggage and no housekeeping, at least during our stay. There is no common area such as a lobby or terrace outside your own room. Our room was the size of a small hotel room, with a tiny kitchenette squeezed in (microwave, fridge & coffee maker). So, unlike a real apartment, there's no room for a table or sofa. You couldn't cook a meal here. There is no elevator in the building. Our room was two floors up, but the building is 5 or 6 stories, so I wonder if some customers have to carry their bags up that high.

Très bel appartement en plein centre ville près du vieux port. Très propre et joliment décoré. Moderne. Hôte très réactif aux messages. Système de digicode très facile pour entrer dans l'immeuble et dans la chambre. L'appartement est situé dans une belle grande rue commerçante dans un beau quartier de Marseille.

Le matelas du lit était pour nous beaucoup trop dur ( mais cela reste personnel ;-) ). Attention l'appartement est équipé d'une kitchenette ( four à micro-onde, frigo et évier) mais il n'y a pas d'espace prévu pour manger réellement sur place (table et chaises).

La simplicité du système, la propreté, le confort, la localisation, le personnel et bien d'autres choses!

La rue assez passante, il aurait peut être fallu investir dans du triple vitrage pour atténuer un peu plus le bruit de la rue. Le système de serrure électronique n’est pas super fiable…

J’aime la formule, cool pour les individualistes qui n'aiment pas s'encombrer d’éqyipes d’accueil. Emplacement central génial, ambiance cosy…. seul hic: pas d’ascenseur…et quand on loge au 4e, ça devient lourd…..

Fantastic location, 5 mins walk to the port/metro/restaurants/bars/shops, clean, beautiful balcony view, the owner was extremely helpful with check in/check out times and answered the phone straight away to answer any questions

Quite a few stairs to the top apart, this is me trying to find some fault though as there really wasn’t one, just might be a few too many stairs for elderly people but just a lil tiring for us

A las 16 horas teníamos que recibir un mensaje con el PIN de la portería y la habitación. El mensaje no llegaba y llamamos al número de contacto. Nadie respondió, suerte de un joven que salía del portal y nos dejó entrar. La limpiadora fue muy amable y nos solucionó el problema. Porque el telefono de contacto nunca respondió

Beaucoup de bruits, toutes les nuits, dans les rues avoisinantes. Donc sommeil perturbé, toutes les 4 nuits. Et aucun rangement dans la pièce principale et espace très étriqué dans l’appartement

The door was extremely hard to open on many occasions. Some times we tried for numerous occasions till we muscled our way in. After inspecting the kick my husband found a blue piece of plastic had been left in the inside of the lock causing it to stick and be nearly impossible to open the door. Also if we couldn’t get in we had no way to contact the owner and language barriers are a huge problem. Might be better having an interpreter service or someone we can connect with when in other countries?

monter à pieds 5 étages sans ascenseur (pas indiqué ou pas vu dans l'annonce) en devant porter les valises. Les marches sont inégales et j'ai failli tomber plusieurs fois en descendant les étages.

Perfekte Lage nahe des alten Hafens. bequem mit Metro zu erreichen. auch alle wichtigen Bushaltestellen leicht erreichbar. Frühstück ums Eck. Alles hat so funktioniert wie es sein soll - mercie

nicht ideal für jemanden der kurz vorher einen Oberschenkelbruch hatte. da halt doch Stiegen zu bewältigen sind. --- allerdings: typisch französisches Haus, daher eigentlich falsch es als negativ zu beurteilen... habe es geschafft :)

La propreté, le linge de maison sentait vraiment bon. Le confort de la literie. L'emplacement à deux pas du vieux port et des restaurants.

Chambre sur rue très bruyante et fenêtres n’isolant pas assez du bruit. Réveillés toute la nuit par les scooters, puis les sorties de bar, puis les bagarres, puis les poubelles, puis les sorties de boite, puis les camions nettoyages, puis les klaxons… idem les deux nuits. Pas très reposant pour un séjour off!

La posizione e la pulizia dell'alloggio, molto comodo. Assistenza clienti sempre reperibile per ogni evenienza. Una buona scelta per visitare Marsiglia.

Small room! An uncomfortable little bed, curtains are poorly closed from the sun! There is no elevator! Check-in is only at 16h, and why not at 20h?

Everything was in perfect condition and clean. The accesss if fully automated. We appreciate the treats :). The area is perfect within short walks to city center stores and attractions. It is well connected to public transport. The small kitchenette was really convenient. A laptop desk and chair just below the TV would be perfect.

The bed a bit too stiff. The area may get noisy at early morning on a working day, but this is something the host can't do anything about. The room is well isolated though. We where on a 4th level without elevator. Fortunately we were traveling light :). It may get a bit challenging if you go with heavy bags.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Wir hätten nur einen kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag: Ein paar Haken im Bad für die Handtücher wären super! ;)

Easy check in, clear instructions. Great location, very close to the main train station. The place was modern and clean. Small but suitable if you are exploring the city most of the day.

No elevator so might be difficult if you have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

Walls were a little thin so could hear your neighbours activities... a lot of stairs to reach the room and no lift which I'm not sure was mentioned upon booking.

this hotel doesn't have any elevator or lift and rooms are located in upper floors. you have to climb by stairs which are too sharp and narrow, lift up your luggage which is not only hard but also dangers, you can easily falldown from the stairs. this weakness (no elevator/lift) is not highlighted in the hotel information/website and Booking.com page. I have paid good money to have comfortable room, but it was not. I needed to lift up all our luggages to the 4th floor by hand and climb up to such narrow and dangers stairs 2-3 times per day during our stay which was really really bad.

The location very central , the property had kitchenware and facilities easy to store and make your breakfast , quality coffee maker . The showers rainfall stylist modern very clean beds very comfortable
