The unit was very clean and cozy. Comfy bed, nice living room, and a full kitchen. Check in was a breeze. Plenty of parking. The neighborhood seems safe, and it was easy to walk to a park across the street and a grocery store nearby. Walking to the beach is possible, though the road is a little busy, so I mostly drove.

I liked the unit itself a lot. Unfortunately it overlooked a tennis court and basketball court, which were popular with other guests. I didn’t enjoy the deck as much as I had hoped to because of the noise, and I could even hear it in the bedroom with the window closed. If this kind of thing bothers you, be aware. Also, it is not Tucker’s fault, but I was annoyed that the gym was closed for maintenance for the first three days of my five-day stay. I can understand if a few pieces of equipment needed repairs, but surely not every one of them was broken! My biggest complaint was the security gate. There was a lot of confusion with guests about how to enter. The security guard was not communicative, and traffic backed up at the gate in the evenings. Lots of guests honked their horns, either at the cars in front of them or at the absolutely useless security guard. This added to the noise and went on until nearly midnight, and then started again in the morning. In short, there was too much commotion outside the building, and I was not able to enjoy the nice apartment as much as I should have.

Service from the staff was very delay, no immediate response to our request that was a must specially that since we made the reservation we mentioned that we were party of 5 and no enough towels and sofabed sheets and blanket was on the facility

Getting in the entrance gate in the evening was a little confusing. Sometimes, several cars would line up and try to squeeze through without using the entrance code.

Nice amenties, with basket and pool. Rather close to the beach and grocery stores and restaurants (but you need to have a car).

The blankets smelled sweat, so a proper cleaning cannot have been done. Wasn't good to know that someone else have been sweating in the blankets. We didn't get a the access card to be able to use the pool and the fitness room, (should be in the condo). Wasn't solved before the day after, "Cold" pool, no heating (that we noticed).

Location was great. Beautifully laid out and designed. Just poorly managed and maintained.

Poorly managed and maintained. Management seems to be off-site somewhere. It’s like dealing with call centers overseas. No one knows anything and no one knows when they’ll get around to responding or fulfilling needs or requests. The listing noted 1 bed and 1 sofa bed but the confirmation only listed 1 bed. I reached out several times to ensure I would have 1 bed and 1 sofa bed. I also asked about bedsheets as I did not want to arrive late and have no bedsheets. Despite my repeated efforts, we arrived and there were no bedsheets. There were also barely any towels. It took over 24 hours (and half a dozen repeated requests) to finally get our bedsheets and full towel sets. My son slept on a bed with no sheets and did not sleep very well. I also requested not to be on the ground floor as I heard it is noisy. They took my reservation anyway and put us on the ground floor despite my objections claiming there wasn’t any other room available. The ground floor was noisy and we were woken up early morning by maintenance dragging a trash can on the sidewalk and setting up a ladder and drilling right outside our door. It wasn’t a very nice awakening while on vacation. I also requested no scents due to allergies but the room smelled very scented. They ignored that request. In addition, the air filter is very dirty which isn’t great to breathe in either. The closet doors are jammed or rusty and do not open and close well. Same for the blinds. One of our patio doors was unlocked when we arrived which is never a great feeling. I also asked for a map of the property as everything looks the same so it’s a bit tricky trying to find your way around and am still waiting to receive one. All these issues could have been addressed before we arrived but instead we had to deal with them during our short stay. Such a shame as the property could be exceptional with better management and maintenance.

I liked the private portal to get the code to the unit. I liked that the lights were on when we arrived. Building easy to find, gorgeous landscaping and well kept. Kitchen had all good accessories and detergents. Bathroom had lots of towels, soaps, etc.

The unit itself was very nice, clean and nice layout.

There was limited supplies in kitchen, no cookie sheets, no coffeepot, no dish towels, no pot holders. There was also no instructions for the tvs. We called the 800# and no follow up via email with directions.

This is not a bad thing but it can be difficult to find the building. Just read the signs!

Cuisine équipée, beaucoup d’espace et de luminosité dans le logement, l’accès au terrain de tennis-gym-piscine. Nous avions 2 chambres, ce qui était parfait pour une famille. Laveuse-sécheuse utiles pour notre séjour d’une semaine. Plage très proche à quelques minutes en voiture. Parc avec aire de jeux à distance de marche. Endroit sécuritaire. Épiceries très proches.

L’eau de la piscine était froide donc on s’est peu baigné; pas de condiments de base tel sel-poivre dans ma cuisine, on a dû en acheter; il serait utile de laisser des sacs de poubelle de rechange pour la cuisine. Plancher et divan taché par endroits. J’y retournerais quand même malgré ces petits désagréments.

Alle gebouwen op dit complex waren heel oud. Het ziet er ook verpauperd uit, totaal anders dan de foto’s. De ramen van de balkondeur waren zo vies dat je er niet doorheen kon kijken. De bedden waren verschrikkelijk, alsof ze elk moment uit elkaar konden vallen. De eerste dag ook geen beddengoed beschikbaar voor sofabed. Verschrikkelijk dat er nog vloerbedekking wordt gebruikt voor accomodaties. Badkamers waren heel krap, amper ruimte voor je toiletspullen bij de wastafels. Totaal geen fijn verblijf hier gehad. Veel te duur voor wat je krijgt.
