No hay café como se indica para poder tomar en cualquier momento salimos a las 4 am y no nos ofrecieron nada para llevar de desayuno, ni un yoyuar , ni café , ni una galleta , nada ….. aún cuánto este estaba incluido

Room was freezing set at 65. Tried to get chill out and put on 68 and woke up to 2” of water covering the entire floor. Shoes were soaked, luggage was soaked and clothes. Had to go buy new clothes and front desk was so rude and did not care or give me a discount NOTHING!!! This room should not have been paid for yet I paid $169. Front desk wouldn’t even deal with my situation. They are rude and should not be working with travelers or customers bec they have no heart for guests.

Ubicación y comodidad. En especial de las camas. El producto de baño increíble: shampoo y jabón de cuerpo.

Personal de área de cocina. Grosero y entrometido.

Dennys restaurant was 1000 ft away

Hot breakfast was disappointing. Hotel sits right on I-95. Very noisy at night.

Reasonable and had a shuttle from airport to hotel and from hotel to port of Miami

Very noisy highway Road noise Not too many restaurants within walking distance other than Denny’s

Customer service was very nice and tons of availability for parking. Overnight drinks available at front desk available as well. Shower was amazing as it had a handheld mode and a rainfall shower.

Pool is down sadly and building was marked as Unsafe due to damages. Room is a bit outdated with visible wood damage/peeling along with a missing mini fridge. We only stayed one night so not a big deal but heads up for two or three nighters. Be aware that you can hear everything outside your door, had a very loud neighbor outside the hallway however it is pretty quiet once in your room.
